Chapter 7: "Watch your back, bitch."

Bleighten's POV:

Today was the day. Not only is today field day, but it is also the day that I'll be asking Chris to be my boyfriend. I was so nervous, and thinking of all the ways it could go wrong. What if he says no? What if he insults me? I was starting to panic until Chris walked over. "Hi." He said

Chris' POV:

Bleighten looked nervous, so I walked over to ensure he was okay. "Hi," I said. He started blushing like crazy. "Are you okay?" I asked. "Yeah, I-I'm fine. I just wanted to ask you something." My heart skipped a beat. Would today be the day? The day he asked me to be his boyfriend? I was getting lost in a fantasy when his voice brought me back. "O-Oh yeah! What did you want to ask" "Will you be my boyfriend?" He asked me. "YES! A thousand times yes!" "Okay!" He said. We both laughed. But I would remember this day forever. The day the love of my life asked me to be his boyfriend.

I had finally finished packing and was on my way to the school. I hadn't been in so long, and I was honestly a bit nervous to see how it had changed. In the car, I looked out the window. My thoughts drifted to Alana and our last fight. No matter what, I would stick to my plan: Get revenge. Before I knew it, we were at the school. I got dropped off and started making my way to the field where I saw Alana, Jayda, and Savannah standing. When I got closer, she saw my face. "Oh my fucking god, is that Scott?" Alana shouted.

Alana's POV:

When I saw their face, my jaw dropped. Scott? Back at the school? I thought they left. I started getting upset. Who the fuck do they think they are? They don't even have the right to come back here after what they did. I looked at Jayda, but she was just staring at Scott in shock. I grabbed her by the arm and pulled her over to the side of the playground. "Jayda!" I said, "What the hell?" Jayda looked like she was in deep thought "I have an idea." She said, "But I'm not sure you're gonna like it."

Jayda's POV:

"What is it?" Alana asked with curiosity in her eyes. "You could fight them," I said quickly in a serious tone. I could see her get excited, and she said "Yes! That's a great idea Jayda! Thank you! But, how would I do it?" I thought about it, but then I realized it was so simple. "Just ask them!" I said. "Okay, thank you Jayda!" She said before running off. I felt slightly guilty, but I ignored it. they'd be fine.

Savannah's POV:

While Alana and Jayda ran off, I ran toward Scott. "Oh, my God!" I said, "I didn't expect to see you here! How have you been?" "I'm fine, I almost got sent to a mental hospital, like, twice, so slay girl boss!" "Okay, slay! Oh wait, let me catch you up on the drama!" I said

Scott's POV:

"Ooh, spill!" I said! "So," She started, "Bleighten and Chris are officially dating, and they even kissed!" She said "Slay! We love a zesty couple" I said. "By the way, I'll be here more often! I'm volunteering for the drama club here!" I said, excited to be able to see her more often again since I left the school. "Ooh fun!" She said. Then, something unexpected happened. Alana came up to me and punched me in the face.

Alana's POV:

After I punched Scott, they looked at me in shock for a second. Then, they punched me back. Soon, it was a whole fight, and a whole crowd gathered around to watch. I honestly wasn't expecting them to be so strong, so they won pretty quickly. I was bleeding so Jayda quickly offered to take me to the nurse. I grabbed a few tissues and started making my way to the nurse. But, I said one thing to Scott, and one thing only.

Scott's POV:

Watch your back, bitch." Alana said to me before Jayda quickly took her to the nurse. "Are you okay? Also, slay girl boss!" Savannah quickly said to me. "Yeah, I'm okay," I said. The rest of the field day went by before I knew it, and soon it was time to go home. "Bye!" I said, "I'll call you!" "Okay, bye!" Savannah said. The school started clearing out, and soon everyone was home for the weekend.
