The Car Wash- Station 19

Part 2

Nobody's POV-

Thump!

Maya's head banged against the scrubber as the wire wrapped around her waist. When all of a sudden it began to spin, whipping Maya around with it. "Ahhh! Somebody cut this thing off of me! Oww!" Maya was in so much pain. She tried to hold on but her head was throbbing, her hands slipped, Maya's vision went black.

"Maya!" Andy screamed as she saw her best friend unconscious. Andy felt awful, this was all her fault! If she would have listened to Captain Ruiz and have waited, all of this wouldn't be happening right now. 

"Captain! We need backup here! Bishop is unconscious and possibly seriously injured!" Andy yelled into her radio and she tried to stay calm, because she knew if she was to freak out the situation would be worse. 

Meanwhile, outside Captain Ruiz was fuming, he knew it was the right idea to wait and now, one of their best firefighters were down. Captain Ruiz turned around to Gibson, who was pacing back and forward, he couldn't lose his sister. He was too close to losing her before, he couldn't go through that again. 

"Gibson, I need you to stabilise Bishop. The others are busy stabilising the patient, your on your own!" Captain Ruiz stated as he pointed to the First Aid bag near the engine. 

Jack had never ran so fast in his life, he needed to get to Maya fast! The only thought going through his mind, was the thought that Maya might be dead, or seriously injured, or paralysed. 

"No Jack you can't think like that, positive thoughts only!" Jack whispered to himself as he finally made it to Maya. He just looked at Maya for a second before going into paramedic mode, this may be his sister but right now she is his patient. 

Jack placed the First Aid bag on the floor and took one of his shaky hands up to Maya's neck, this is the moment of truth. Is Maya dead or alive?
