The Next Week
Luca's POV

"Luca where you been at you been missing school like crazy." my friend Nico said as he came up to me. "Just been busy with family stuff." I said to him. "Want to talk about it?" he asked me.

"No I'm good." I said to him as we were walking to my car because we were skipping fourth period. "Are you sure I mean you know I'm a great listener." he said to me as we got in the car.

"Dude didn't I say stop flirting with me we aren't getting together." I said to him. "I was just trying to be nice." he said to me. "Well stop." I said to him as I was getting ready to roll a blunt.

"Did you get a new tattoo I don't remember seeing this one." he said to me and he was talking about the tattoo that both my parents have representing the cartel. "Yeah it's new I just got it last week." I said to him.

"What does it represent?" he asked me. "Don't worry about it." I said to him as I took a drag of the blunt. "You know you are kinda being a dick." he said to me. "Okay if you don't like it then get out of my car." I said to him.

And then he took the blunt from me and got on my lap. "Luca seriously what's wrong?" he asked me. "Like I said family stuff." I said to him. "Just tell me about it because you know I don't like when you're upset and then take your anger out on me." he said to me.

"Even if I wanted to I couldn't tell you." I said to him. "Well at least tell someone because I don't like this Luca." he said to me. "Sure." I said to him as I gave him a kiss. And yes I did tell him that we would never be together but that doesn't mean we can't fuck.

As I was kissing him my phone started ringing. "Who is it?" he asked me as he pulled away from the kiss. "My dad." I said to him as I answered the phone. "Hello?" I said as I answered the phone.

"Where are you at?" he asked me. "In my car." I said to him. "Shouldn't you be in class?" he asked me. "I didn't want to go." I said to him. "Take your ass to class Luca." my mama said in the background and I rolled my eyes.

"Hey Mr and Mrs Romano." Nico said to them. "Hey Nico." my dad said to him but my mama didn't say anything. "geu salam-i wae neolang gat-i iss-eo?" my mama asked me. "geu salam-eun amugeosdo an hanikka gwaenchanh-ayo." I said to him

"You and your sister need to meet us and the family after school and you know where and don't be late." my dad said to me and then he hung up. "Does your mom not like me or something?" Nico asked me.

"Why you ask that?" I asked him. "He didn't say anything to me and then when he heard my voice he started speaking to you in Korean." he said to me. "It's nothing my mom is just in a mood nowadays." I said to him.

And honestly I just haven't been talking to my mom because of what happened in Korea but I don't think he cares anymore for me because he doesn't even try to make me talk to him like he use too.

"Are you sure?" he asked me. "Why do you care so much if he likes you he's not that special." I said to him. "Because we are friends and I care if your parents like me." he said to me. "Yeah keyword friends so you shouldn't care." I said to him.

"Yeah you're right but I think I'm going to go to my fourth period." he said to me as he opened my side of the car door to get out. "Damn I can't get a see you later kiss?" I asked him and he leaned down and gave me a kiss.

"See you later Luca." he said to me as he closed my door and then walked back in the school. So then I decided to keep smoking my blunt and I told Amira to come outside because when I finish I'm leaving school and I'm not coming back to get her.
