AT: Saving Billy

Our three heroes enter the portal, leading them to a mysterious dimension neither of which had ever seen before. Around the trio were a bunch of large, floating rocks that led to a peculiar yellow cube-like structure.

"Woah...this is awesome!" Jake let out with the excitement showing on his face in fill. The three stood in place for a moment, as the portal behind them closed. It's not until a few seconds later that Jake realizes something crucial.

"Hey uh, guys? How...how are we supposed to get back?" Jake pointed out as the tear back to Ooo had vanished. Both Billy and Finn turn around to see nothing behind them. Well, minus the endless amount of rocks floating out and about. "Oh nuts..." Billy let out in a quiet tone before he diverts his attention to the cube in the distance. As the giant tries to come up with something to say, on one of the rocks in front of them, another portal opens up.

"What the- guys! Look!" Finn pointed straight ahead at the sudden rip. As they wait and watch to see who comes out, the trio's hearts stop upon noticing another...Billy?! But...this one seems different. Trying not to get noticed by this other "Billy", the three stayed quiet and laid low on the rock they were on and proceeded to watch the other "Billy." He turned around, glaring at the portal behind him before jumping from floating rock to rock, heading towards the cube in the distance. "Billy? That guy looked like you. What's going on?" Finn shot up once the other Billy disappeared.

However, Billy remained quiet. Like the other two, he was shocked to see another him come out from another portal, though, this wasn't the only reason he didn't speak up. He could tell that this...other "him" was different. When he got the chance to see the face of his supposed self, a cold chill ran down his spine. That wasn't him...

As Finn and Jake contemplated what to do next, on que, two versions that looked exactly like them come out from the same portal the other "Billy" used before said portal vanished.

"Glob! There he is!" The other Finn shouted as he saw their Billy run inside the cube. The other Jake quickly stretched himself to the cube, with the alternate Finn quickly hopping on his back. Meanwhile, our versions of Finn and Jake were once again gobsmacked to see another pair of themselves, chasing after their Billy.

"Holy mother of Glob! This is crazy! Billy! Are you seeing this!?" Jake exclaimed, as he and Finn were too caught up in a mixture of so many emotions right now that it basically left them blindsighted in a sense. However, Billy had a disturbed look on his face, as if he felt something was wrong. The Billy that they saw wasn't actually Billy, or well, to be precise, a Billy. Finn and Jake take quick notice of Billy's change in demeanor. "Uh...you okay there, Billy?" Jake asked with a raised brow.

"That's not their Billy." Billy spoke up with an incredulous look on his face. "Huh?" Finn shot up with a questioning look. Billy quickly explains. "I fear that the me we just saw isn't...well, shocker, me. I sense a great evil lying in that very me we just saw. We need to check it out." Billy stood up now, gripping Nöthung tightly in his left hand before he calls for Finn and Jake to hop onto his shoulders. The two comply as Billy effortlessly jumps from platform to platform, making his way towards the cube in the distance.

Meanwhile, in the cube, events from the main story play out in a similar fashion. Billy, or in this case, The Lich, proceeds to make his wish to the pink 2D being on the yellow walls of the cube they were inside.

"I wish for the extinction of all life on Ooo."

The Lich spoke in that eerie, spine-chilling tone before crackling immediately after, much to the shock of Finn and Jake who were too late to arrive on time. The Lich, disappeared with his laughter, presumedly back to the now deadlands of Ooo.
