1. The End And Beginning

"We defeated him!" Kiana shouted happily as she hugged Mei and Bronya.

"Yes yes Kiana-chan. We defeated him." Mei said to her with a smile.

"The Bronya will let this slide." Bronya said with a small smile on her face.

After the group had reached the floor they had been fighting Kevin Kaslana from the previous era, and have managed to defeat him and stop the project Stigma after they gained new Herrscher powers. Bianka, Rita, Li Sushang, Seele, Susannah, Fu Hua and Senti were also making their way to the trio.

"Good job you guys." Susannah said with a smile.

"You defeated him. That's wonderful." Rita said with a smile.

"Now the Earth is safe." Bianka said with a smile.

"Bronya onee-chan. You did it." Seele said to Bronya.

"Thank you Seele." Bronya said with a smile.

"Thank you for stopping Kevin." Fu Hua said with a smile.

"Yeah. It's high time someone knocked some sense into him." Senti said with a smirk.

"Hey you guys. We did it." Kiana said with a smile.

"It's good to see that everyone is okay." Mei said with a smile.

The group smiled at her words before they had faces of confusion as they looked at each other.

"Wait, where is Cain?" Bianka asked the ones around her.

"He should be at the... computing centre stopping Project Stigma." Seele said as she remembered it.

"Since the project stopped he should be with us right now." Susannah said to them.

"He is okay isn't he?" Fu Hua asked a bit worried.

"No worries! I can call him." Kiana said with a smile as she used her communicator.

But she didn't get any response from him even though the two of them had connected. This caused the girls to look at each other with worry.

"I think we should check up on him." Rita said to them seriously.

"The Bronya thinks it's a good idea." Bronya said with a nod.

Then the group made their way out of there to the large computing area as they passed through the hallway when Kiana suddenly stopped. Her eyes are wide and shocked as she saw an arm on the floor with dried blood on it.

"That's..." Mei said shocked when she saw it.

The rest of the group also saw it as their eyes widened. Senti went forward and checked the arm before she turned to address the group.

"It's Cain's arm." Senti said to them seriously.

"There shouldn't have been any enemies here."  Fu Hua said shocked.

"We can think about that after we find him!" Bianka said as she ran forward.

The girls immediately followed as they went through the hallway and reached the computing centre. Their eyes widened when they saw Cain, their friend leaning on the console.

To be more precise, his right hand is on the console buttons with blood dripping on it while his left arm is missing. There is blood leaking from a wound above his left eyebrow, his body is a bit battered and his right leg is also missing as he is bathed in blood. They could also see a trail of blood on the floor from the middle of the room.

"C-Cain?" Kiana called out in shock and horror when she saw it.

"Did he... drag himself to the console?" Mei asked shocked as she saw the trail of blood.
