I couldn't get it out of my head. I had to ask him before I left. Why did he do this to me?

I decided to pay Jack one last visit before I left tomorrow.
I'm on my way to his house. As funny as it sounds, I need closure. I need to get over him and how am I going to do that when I'm thinking about him all the time.

I got to his mansion and rang the doorbell. I got no answer and decided to call him. No answer.

I rang the bell continuously until it was opened by his sister, Jill.

"Um... I'm here to see Jack" she eyed me before letting me in.

" He'll be here soon. He actually knows you're here.... I'm heading out so I'll have to take my leave" she never liked me. None of his family members ever liked me.

" Oh. Okay I'll wait"

" Not like you have a choice " she said and left.

" I freaking love you so much "I was on the verge of tears as I heard him say those words to another woman.
He cut the call and sat across me
" What do you want? "

" I just wanted to know why you're doing all this? Is it worth it " I decided to be straight forward.

" Look just get over me. Like I said we're not meant to be okay. As for the baby, get rid of it "he said it like it was nothing

" That's all I needed to know"
