DEADPOOL & ASH: HAIL TO THE KING

ASH: Hail to the king, baby.

Ash Williams, King of The Omniverse, looks around the Council Room, admiring his new kingdom.

MIA: So what do we do now?

ASH: Rebuild.

2 YEARS LATER

ASH: And that, Uni, is how I got my chainsaw.

Uni neighs.

ASH: I know, right? Shit was insane.

Uni neighs again.

ASH: I never told you because people never believe me.

Uni neighs.

ASH: Yeah I know we literally live outside of reality but it's an embarrassing story.

The device on Uni's back begins to blare across the entire Council building. Larry Daley runs down to see what's wrong.

LARRY: What is it?

ASH: I'm sure it's nothing.

LARRY: Did you.. check?

ASH: Nah that shit is never important.

LARRY: Ash, you're in charge of reality itself. Check the damn alarm.

Ash checks the alarm. His face goes pale.

LARRY: What is it?

ASH: It's... it's gone.

LARRY: What? The alarm?

ASH: No. A universe. An entire universe was just... destroyed.

Larry comes over to look.

LARRY: Earth-0047. Where is that?

ASH: Oh my god.

Ash falls back and sits down. He began feeling dizzy.

ASH: That's Mia's earth.

LARRY: Are you serious? We gotta tell her.

Mia walks into the room.

MIA: Tell me what?

LARRY: Mia, you might wanna sit do-

ASH: Your entire universe just got destroyed and we don't know why.

MIA: Wait... what?

LARRY: We're about to leave to go check it out so please don't freak out yet. Stay here and watch over the Council Room.

MIA: No. I'm going with you.

ASH: Mia, you can't come.

MIA: You don't get to control me. I'm coming and you aren't stopping me. I'm getting the sidecar.

Mia grabs a sidecar and attaches it to the side of Uni for Larry to ride in. Her and Ash board Uni.

ASH: Giddyup.

The three Council members travel to Earth-0047. When they arrive, everything is gone.

ASH: It's a god damn wasteland.

Mia begins to have a breakdown. Her universe is gone. Ash rubs her shoulder to comfort her.

LARRY: There's no sign of any sort of life. No humans, animals, plants, bugs, anything. Whatever did this got everything.

ASH: It could have been a natural disaster?

MIA: You think a natural disaster destroyed an entire universe?

LARRY: Theoretically it's not impossible. Any universe can work in any way. This one could've just gotten unlucky.

MIA: Any chance I had at living a normal life has been completely wiped out.

ASH: Hey! That's not true.

MIA: It fucking is. Look at this place. Even if we were to find copies they wouldn't be my home. This was my home and now it's gone.

Ash hugs Mia.

ASH: I'm sorry.

Uni's alarm goes off again.

ASH: What is it, Larry?

LARRY: Oh my god..

Larry looks up at Ash.

LARRY: Two more universes just got destroyed.

ASH: I don't think this is a natural disaster.

LARRY: It's definitely not an accident. Get back to Uni.

The four of them head back to the Council Room.

LARRY: I don't think we're gonna be able to do this alone.

ASH: Sure we can.

LARRY: Ash, you couldn't even check the damn alarm. We know enough about the multiverse we just need a good fighter. Do you know anybody?

ASH: Do I know anybody? No, Larry. I don't. I can fight though and so can you.

LARRY: Ash, you're like 65. You can swing a chainsaw but you're not an agile fighter. None of us are.

ASH: You calling me old? Put 'em up old man I'll show you who's a fighter.

MIA: Well there's nobody else that knows multiversal travel like we do.

Ash's face lights up.

LARRY: What is it?

ASH: I think I might know a guy.
