I looked at san who was researching something with the new case. But my mind was diverted from another thought. His parents death. I wanted to be a part of the investigation and help him find the culprit. I wanted to be a help.
I brought up the courage and I thought about asking him to meet my parents.
I said and he looked at me shocked. But i still kept that questionable look to indicate that I was serious.
"𝘞𝘢𝘪𝘵. 𝘈𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴!?" " 𝘺𝘦𝘴. 𝘝𝘦𝘳𝘺."
I replied and he didnt reply to me back.
So I went to his desk and turned his chair to me and sat on his lap hiding my face in the crook of his neck. He softly ran his fingers through my hair and patted my head gently like how he would do to a child running around.
He said and I left his room banging the door and sat on the couch with a sulk.
But he again came up to me and raised his eyebrow at me which soon made me gulp at his angry side. I looked down away from this intense stare immediatly.
"𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘭𝘺 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘣𝘭𝘦. 𝘈𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶?" he asked me and I shook my head a 'no'.
"𝘋𝘰𝘦𝘴𝘯𝘵 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘪𝘵."
He said and took me up in bridal style and went to the bedroom and gently placed me on the mattress.
