I grabbed the key to my car and angrily set off for Maya's house. The car was standing in front of her house, but they were nowhere to be found. I broke into the house with nervous steps, which was open.
"Where are..."
I wanted to stand up, but for some reason I found myself in a chair with my hands and feet tied to the chair.
"What the heck." I said and tried to break free, but I failed.
"What's up Liz?" Looking up, I saw Maya's grin. She started walking towards me while Zack and the girls were standing behind her waiting for what was to come. "You don't look so good." She looked me with puppy dog eyes and slapped her forehead softly as if she remembered something. "But wait!" She said happily. "Someone wants to see you." She grinned at me and rubbed the lantern. Amanda appeared next to Maya in a yellow dress. I have never seen such a sad and stricken look from anyone.
"I'm sorry." Amanda whispered but I shook my head.
"Not your fault. Hers." I looked mockingly at Maya. She laughed.
"Mine?" She pointed to herself cheerfully. "I didn't send you to the big nothing." She looked at me angry.
"I see I didn't wish it too well." I said sarcastically and she hit my face for it.
"Maya!" Isabell and Sophia said at the same time.
"You whore! Don't pretend guys if she doesn't deserve it." She glanced at them for a moment and then looked back at me with a sneer. "The poor little Liz, who was always second and she never won anything. Does it hurt right?" At the moment, I don't know if she's thinking about what she said or the tight ropes. I looked at her with narrowed eyes. "Now you pay for what you did." She looked at me with serios face. "Last words before you disappear forever?"
"Maya this isn't funny." Zack said and he took a step towards her, and the girls also looked frightened.
"Why? She can do it and I can't?" She looked at them.
"We didn't agree on it." Sophia said and Isabell nodded next to her.
"Are you on her side? I'm sorry, because this is the last time you see her!" She looked at me and smiling wickedly at me, she rubbed the lamp.
"Amanda, get her out of here forever!" Maya said and I closed my eyes tightly.
After a few moments, I felt like I was standing somewhere, but I didn't dare open my eyes. I was afraid of what I would see if I opened my eyes. I felt a soft breeze on my arm as if I were still on the ground. I heard voices from somewhere.
"I can't believe you did that!" I heard Isabell's voice and I frowned. I slowly opened my eyes and saw Zack and the girls walking out of the house indignantly. Maya lurked after them, and Amanda beside her. Amanda seemed looking for something or someone. Her gaze agreed with me, and she smiled so sweetly that it filled me with happiness.
"Come on, please. She deserves it and you know it all." Maya screamed.
"I'm not going to jail for you." Zack said and walked away. He looked at me for a moment and then looked away but back again as if he didn't believe his eyes. I walked towards them with a smile, then they were all looking at me in shock. Except, of course, Amanda.
"What's up? What? Aren't you glad to see me?" I laughed.
"You haven't fulfilled the request!" She looked at Amanda.
"I did." Amanda said with a smile. "You said 'get her out of here forever!'. I thought you thought your home." She smiled.
"Amanda, get her off the Earth, too." She said while she rubbed the lamp in her hands.
"I'm sorry you had your three wishes." She smiled.
"It can't be!" She screamed.
"The lesson of the third wish: don't wish in anger!" Familiar advice. "It was a pleasure to be your master. We can't talk for more time because time is up. Bye, Maya." Amanda smiled, waved, and disappeared to the lamp.
In Maya's anger, she threw the lantern to the ground in front of me and went in her house angrily. I bent down and picked it up from the ground. I looked up and all three of them looked at me in fear at what would happen now.
"How were you able to betray me?" I asked the girls.
"Liz we are so sorry! We had no idea that Maya would want such recklessness." Sophia said without looking at me.
"Is there anything we can be friends again?" Isabell asked with hopeful eyes. I held the lantern toward them and they looked at me in fear.
"One of you wish back the total revenue of my father's company." They looked at each other and Sophia complied with my request with trembling hands and returned the lantern.
"Thank you. We will discuss this later." I said I got in the car and headed home in relief.
