⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯

It's been almost a year now since you applied and got accepted into the Resident Biology University. Most of your time, you spent in the school libraries or wandering around and about. You never really paid much attention to the people attending the same school as you, however, you have made at least one good friend since you got to the new school. Although the habit of not paying attention did not last long, until one particular mysterious teacher caught your eye almost instantly upon seeing her for the first time. Your knowledge about her was short, and you didn't know who this woman was or which subject she even taught in your school. But something about her tall figure and utter elegancy made her so amusing to stare upon whenever you caught a glimpse at her in the hallways, peering over her black slightly wavy old-fashioned hairstyle that was just above her perfectly formed silky collarbones along with her classy taste in clothes she adorned in every day, her outfits emerging fancy as she wore a silky blouse with a black pencil skirt hugging her curves along with a set of black heels and shining pearls.

"Y/N!"

A sudden, loud shout startled you out of your light sleep, as you flinched right up, shooting your heavy eyes open. "Huh! W─what?"

With a glance to the side, you noticed Katya softly nudging your arm and gesturing toward the teacher. "Come on, wake up. The teacher was talking to you," she whispered with a light chuckle, glaring over your preplexed expression.

You embarrassingly cleared your throat and adjusted your posture right up in your desk chair. "Ahem! Yes, Miss Nielsen?" You murmered quietly, nervously glancing over her frowning face.

She sighed deeply, tilting her head to the side. "Sleeping in my class, are we?" A wandering tone of dissapointment roamed in her sighing voice.

You shook your head, murmuring your words quickly after one another. "O─oh, no, no. I was just thinking about something important. My apologies, Miss." You forced an awkward smile on your lips, knowing full well that it was a lie.

Her rising eyebrow indicated she didn't buy your lie, and it was clear from her austere tone. "Right. Maybe it's wise to stay after this class, we need to talk, Y/N." She spoke toward you before she narrowed her head to the classroom. "The rest can go now!" she informed the seated students in the math classroom.

With an eye roll, you sighed agaitedly under your breath. 'Fuck,'

Katya, on the other hand, couldn't help but chuckle, peering over at you, her soft laughs filling your ear as you scowled lightly. "Oh, it looks like someone is in trouble yet again," she teased from your left. Your lips sighed once more as you brushed your temples, muttering. "I wasn't even sleeping this time," you said, slightly irritated, resting the side of your head against your palm.

Katya stood up from the chair as the rest of the students started to pack their things up. "Oh, come on, you were daydreaming, as always, Y/N," she said through her soft chuckle, tossing her schoolbag over her shoulder.

With a small nod, you laughed along with her. "Will you wait for me outside?" you asked as she pushed the chair against the desk.

Katya nodded her head with a smile. "Yeah, don't worry," she said, looking over the clock on the wall. "Our next class starts in five minutes, so hopefully she'll make it quick."

"Alright, I'll be right there." Your gaze followed as she walked to the classroom door and glanced at the teacher before she pushed the door shut, leaving you and Ms. Nielsen alone in the room. The teacher leaned against the desk, watching the door close. "This is not the first time I caught you sleeping in my classes, Y/N." Miss Nielsen spoke from her desk, narrowing her gaze back to you.
