I woke up in the early morning
to the sound of laughter and joy
Guiding me to its heart
While I smile as bright
Seeing my family in such a light
Knowing that God has given us a sign
That everything is going to be alright
With the stress out of the way
We can appreciate each day
To one another
With God on our side
The days have only raised
To wonder what's lies
For the Velasquez family
And it's wonderful life
Balance by reality
