Chapter 4 The Vampires Kiss

As a result of giving Aria “The Immortal Kiss” I’ve been helping her get used to being half vampire. Along the days of me training her I eventually told her how I felt about her after all this time. At first she was shocked and I was scared that she would think it was some sort of joke but actually she understood my feelings and she told me she’s loved me ever since we first met. I was shocked and happy so after that, we started talking about how to proceed and we decided to start a new life together. “So, what’s on the agenda today?” I asked no one in particular. “Well we have gotten a message from Raphiel, the vampire leader of the brooklyn coven, has asked us to find a rogue vampire that is turning mundanes into vampires” Izzy said to me as I walked down the stairs in my mundane attire. “Sounds serious, I’m on it” I say as I go to grab a seraph katana from the weapons rack. As I grab the katana, I quickly strap it to my back. Before I leave I check on the newer members of the Institute to see how they are adjusting to their new lives. After all, as a teacher for the new recruits I need to make sure they are comfortable here. When I reach the sleeping quarters of them I quickly open the door to see them all meditating. “Good morning students” I say loudly as they look at me with energy. “How are all of you doing so far?” I ask them all. “We're doing great teach” one of the students says to me as they all get up. “That's good, so today I’m going on a mission, so for today and probably tomorrow Izabella Lightwood and her brother Alec Lightwood will be teaching you. Do you all understand?” I asked them while going towards the door. “We understand, teach, we won’t let you down” they all respond as I close the door. As I close the door, I start towards the stairs to head out on my mission. When I reach the stairs I get the sense that something wrong is going to happen while on this mission. When I reach the bottom of the stairs I get face to face with Rapheal. “Ah, Sean, just the person …..creature…..thing, whatever you are, I was looking for you. I heard you’re the one going after the rogue vampire turning mundanes into us.” he says with his usual nonchalant tone of voice. “That’s right, I’m on my way out now. Is there anything I need to know beforehand?” I ask him while I adjust the seraph katana on my back. “He and his so-called clan are full of newborns, so I had the privilege of contacting you some help from the forks coven.” he says as I see ten people walk out of the nearby library stopping in front of me letting me see ten set of red eyes and one set of brown eyes. “Nice to meet you, my name is Sean. What’re your names?” I ask them as I put my hand out for a hand shake. “Names Carilse, and this is my family and one of our best friends '' a blonde man said as he came up to me and shook my hand. “So, we’re helping him out huh?” the one with brown eyes said with a glare. What's his problem I ask myself as I give him a confused look. “He is always like this when meeting new people, don't worry about it, nice to meet you. My name’s Edward Cullen and this is my wife Bella and my daughter Renesme '' one of the vampires said to me. “Names Alice, nice to meet’cha. The silent one is Jasper, don’t mind him, he is usually quiet around others” Another one said to me with a happy attitude. “Names Rosalie, or Rose, and this big brute is-'' another blonde said motioning towards the empty space next to her “Emmett?” she asked as she looked around looking for him. “Emmett... He went that way” the one named Jasper said pointing in the direction north of us to where we see him standing behind Cyrus.
