Chapter 6 A Reunion With Cathy

(Sean POV)

After Cyrus went into his room I headed outside with the vampires and their werewolf friend to hunt down this rogue vamp turning humans. “So, do you guys have any special gifts other than Edwards telepathy and Emmetts superior strength?” I ask them as we’re walking to the location. “Well I have subjection precognition, Jasper here has pathokinesis, and lastly Bella here is a mental shield and can project it for a more physical shield” the one known as Alice tells me. “That's actually pretty useful especially on this particular mission” I say looking at the map. “What about you? Any special gifts that you have?” Bella asked me with a hint of curiosity. I stop looking at the map and turn towards them. “I do have my gift that I got from the Seele Queen or Cathy as she lets me call her '' I tell them, making them suspicious. “What is it then, if you don’t mind telling us? '' Rosalie asks me getting in my face. “Step back and I’ll show you” I tell her as she does. When she is a considerate distance I activate my gift. “How do you like it, the power of vengeance in my hands thanks to Cathy” I said in a demonic voice before deactivating it. “Whoa, dude I gotta see how strong you are in an arm wrestle when we are done with this” Emmett said in a hype tone. “Sure, but right now we’re here” I say to Emmett making everyone look at the vampire den that we are standing in front of. “Well, how are we doing this then?” Jacob asked me. “Well first we need to know how many they’re in there Edward thats you. Second we need to take out the master and then take care of his offspring. Those with immense strength will take on the master so that means Emmett, Jacob, Carlisle, and I will take care of him the rest are on stealth duty. Bella you have the most important job, you need to protect the stealth team to the best of your abilities. Does everyone understand?” I tell them the plan with a hint of leadership in my voice. “Understood” they all say simply as we get in position to attack. “Edward, can you use your telepathy and give us a rough estimate of how many there are?” I ask Edward with a hint of worry. “There’s about 35 newborns in there Sean not including their Master” Edward replies back towards me. “Good, Emmett you go left, Jacob you go right, and I’ll head straight for the bastard” I tell them as they go their respective directions. When I got in the master vampire's sight he instantly stood up only to get punched by Emmett towards Jacob in his wolf form where he bit his arm throwing him my direction where I ran up to him and punched him straight through the ceiling. “Go, help the others when he comes back down I can handle him” I told them as they both nod and head towards the others.

Meanwhile In The Seele Court, Cathy is seen pacing back and forth with worry. Why do I feel like something is wrong with Sean? She asks herself. “Your highness, we have received word from the institute that a battle is going on” Meliorn said with a hint of worry. “Is Sean in this battle? Is he okay?” Cathy asked Meliorn with a worried tone. “He is your highness, and surprisingly he is holding his own against a master vampire without using your gift” Meliorn said with a hint of inspiration. “Well I’m still going to check on him whether you like it or not. Please be okay my love” she tells Meliorn and herself before teleporting to Sean.

(Sean POV)
After she teleports to me, she sees me using a seraph katana and stabs the master vampire. “You ... .You should have gone for the head” he says right as he looks over to see Cathy. I look over to where the master vampire was  looking and see Cathy. “Hello Cathy, let me finish with this before we talk okay” I tell her as she just nods with happiness. As I look back at the vamp my face bursts into flames turning me into the spirit of vengeance. “Look into my eyes, your soul is tainted by the blood of the innocent. Feel their pain” I say in my demonic voice as I look straight into his eyes burning his soul making him go to limbo. After his soul is burned, I turn back to my normal self and turn towards Cathy with a smile and opening my arms for a hug. She runs at me with her arms outstretched, when she reaches me she hugs me tightly. “I thought you were going to die!” She screams as she is hugging me and slightly crying. “I would never do that to you Cathy, after all you gave me my purpose” I told her while rubbing her back. As we’re hugging the Cullens and Jacob comes back to where I am only to see me hugging Cathy. “Woah dude, are we interrupting something?” Emmett says to me as I look at him. “Kinda” I say simply with a hint of annoyance. As me and Cathy stop hugging each other, she instantly goes and grabs my arm. “Sean, can you sing me a song before I go back to the seele court?” Cathy asks me with her puppy dog eyes. “Sure, I’ll meet up with you guys at the institute” I told the Cullens while still looking at Cathy. “You and I, We're like fireworks and symphonies exploding in the sky, With you, I'm alive, Like all the missing pieces of my heart, they finally collide, So stop time right here in the moonlight, 'Cause I don't ever wanna close my eyes, Without you, I feel broke like I'm half of a whole. As I was singing I didn’t realize she fell asleep while hugging my arm. “Well, might as well take you home with me beautiful” I say as I grab her in a bridal position.

When I arrive at the institute, I head straight towards my room where I can sit Cathy on my bed not knowing that Cyrus is talking with Aria and Alex. When I reach my room I set Cathy down on my bed, but before I can leave she grabs me in her sleep and pulls me down to lay with her in my bed before we both fall asleep in each other's arms.
