Lloyd
Katrina gave birth to our beautiful baby girl we named her Lori Christina Avery she out of the hospital now at my house with me and my family. " you be a good father Lloyd " My dad said as I held Lori in my arms sitting on the couch.
This is my first child I want to be the best father I can be I don't want my daughter to want for anything or be scared to come to her for advice or shit like that.
I turned over to Trina and thanked her for having her she could've got rid of her instead she chose to have our baby.
My mom snapped a lot of pics of us on and off guard ones too.
"Oh you had her long enough my turn" I handed Lori to Gina she got emotional tears falling down her eyes. "She's so beautiful I can't believe I'm an auntie" she said as everyone laughed.
"When I'm going to get my baby back?" Trina asked.
"In a minute girl you should be glad you getting a break".
We all laughed.
She hands her back to Trina, Trina kissed her rocking her back to sleep.
"Dinner is done who's ready to eat?"
Everyone got up walked to the kitchen table except me and Trina kissed her cheek rub the side of her arm.
She's been tired since she got here so I told her to go in the room I'll keep Lori.
"If you need me wake me up"
"Alright " she leaves went upstairs I looked at Lori saw her sleep I placed her in her rocker turn it on set it at a low speed for it rock.
I walked to the table chated with my sister aunties and parents. "I can't stop looking at her y'all made a beautiful baby girl" .
"Thank you" I said smirking.
Mom handed me my plate kissing my forehead.
"Son what's the next step are you going to stop staying out times out the night with your friends?"
Oh here we go.
"If you thinking I'm miss out on my daughter life I'm not I can spend time with my daughter and friends"
"Okay well what about a job?- you done with school now this is the perfect time to find a decent job that pays good money".
"I'm looking for one....as a matter of fact I have a interview this week" Lori begins to cry. "She might be hungry let me go fix her bottle " I left from the table.
Why he always gotta do that to me why he wants to question me now with my friends and job I been making money ain't asked him for shit since the tenth grade.
I make fast money out on the street then a damn job!.
I stayed in the living room feed Lori .

I woke back up with Lloyd sleep next to me while Lori laid on his chest.
I left out the room went to go use the bathroom while walking back to the room I heard Mrs and Mr Avery talking bout Lloyd friends.
"If he's going to raise our granddaughter then he needs to stay the hell away from those thugs whay got into him I didn't raise to be that way".
"Honey I know I'll talk to him please calm down they're sleep next door".
"I don't give a damn he needs to listen"
Oh Lord Chile let me go back to the room I walk back inside went back in bed.
Mr Avery is right tho he's concerned about his son I would too if I was in his shoes.
But mr Avery always been hard on Lloyd from what Gina told me over the years which made Lloyd do the opposite shit.
Lloyd open his eyes quickly look down at Lori making sure she's okay.
I giggled. "She's fine I'm up"
"I didn't mean to fall asleep with her I was so tired".
"You fine I see she's sleep I'm finna place her in her crib" I grabbed her kissed Lloyd on the cheek.
I wrapped Lori in her blanket laid her in her crib. I walked back in bed laid my head on his chest. "I love you" he mumbled.
