It has been a few months now and one of the shepherds houses are done, it was Sara's house that was done, so there were laying boxes and things everywhere. Addison and Derek's house still needed a lot more time.

Dr. Shepherd your flight is scheduled and leaving in 2 hours - George said

Derek approached Sara.

Meredith came from behind.

I feel like you're mad that your sister is going to meet your ex-best friend again - Meredith said

There was a giant tumor on a x-ray papir.

Sara had just landed in New York.

She had left Leah and Liam at home.

Callie was taking care of them.

Outside of the meeting gate Mark was standing.

Sara went over to him and hugged him.

Oh how i have missed you - Sara said to Mark

Mark laid his hand on Sara's waist and they started walking to Mark's car.

They went into the car.

Seattle is not the same like New York and nothing is the same without you - Sara said

She thought I was Derek's secret girlfriend, she yelled it out loud and made herself look like a jealous ex-girlfriend - Sara said

And Addison? - Mark asked

Mark she is over you, Derek and her is actually doing great - Sara said

Leah is doing great and Liam has just started his first training - Sara said
