It has been a few months now and today Derek would officially start working for DC but he will still work at the hospital they have just found a new Nero surgeon to work while Derek is away.
(And that would be Amelia)

There he is.. our Prince Charming - Owen said to Derek who just came of the elevator.

Derek smiled.

You ready to start working over there - Richard asked

It'll be a change but I'm ready - Derek said

When are you leaving? - Arizona asked

In 2 hours - Derek said

Go get me those labs - Meredith said angrily to her intern.

I see you are getting your intern's under control - Miranda said

Yeah.. I don't know how you dealt with us - Meredith said with a smile

Amelia - Mark almost yelled

Amelia turned around.

Your the boss now.. Derek's almost gone - Mark said

I'm his boss - Amelia said while smiling

(Maggie Pierce had started at the hospital today because Teddy had left to go to Germany)

Maggie ran into Amelia and Mark.

Oh I'm sorry.. I'm Pierce.. Dr. Pierce - Maggie said

Your the new cardio doctor - Amelia said

Welcome.. I'm dr. Sloan - Mark said

Amelia shook Maggie hand and said I'm dr. Shepherd.

Meredith and Derek were sitting in the cafeteria talking.

So you'll be back in 4 days right? - Meredith asked

Yes but I need you to drop me off today - Derek said

I don't think I have time.. I have a big surgery with Bailey - Meredith said

Liam and Leah where sniffing around Maggie who was getting some food.

Hey dogs.. dogs - Maggie said questionable

Hey Leah.. Liam - Derek shouted

Liam and Leah looked up and ran to Derek.

Maggie followed them.

I'm sorry but are they your dogs.. I'm dr. Pierce - Maggie said

I'm dr. Shepherd.. these two here they work here at the hospital on the peds floor - Derek said

Shepherd huh? Your the second shepherd I've met today - Maggie said

I see you have met one of my sisters - Derek said

Sisters how manny do you have - Maggie asked

He has 5.. I'm dr. Grey - Meredith said

But two works here - Derek said

So what do I call you and your sisters? - Maggie asked

I go by he shepherd and my little sister goes by Amelia shepherd and then there's my twin sister she goes by she shepherd - Derek said

A twin wow - Maggie said

It's her dogs - Meredith said

So Derek's going - Mark said

And? - Sara said

You never found any interest in me huh? - Mark said
