What happened to him?..

It had been a few weeks.

Yeah yeah I'll be home tomorrow - Derek said on the phone

Great can't wait - Meredith said

Derek hanged up and then he called Addison.

Hi handsome - Addison said

Heyy I just wanted to check in if you or Sara where picking me up tomorrow at the airport - Derek asked

Yeah I'll be there - Addison said with a smile

I wanna spend the rest of my life with you.. so will you marry me? - Mark said at the end of his small speech

Yes.. yes yes.. I will - Sara said with a big smile

Mark got up from the ground and pick up Sara and swung her around.

They where at the beach and it was sunset with a beautiful purple-pink sky.

Mark threw Sara in the water afterwards he also went into it.

I'm gonna kill you - Sara said with a laugh

Sara hopped on top on Mark's shoulders.

They had a lot of fun that night they did go home at midnight where they watched movies all night and now it was the next day.

Callie and Arizona were at Sara's with Sofia.

We're gonna have so much fun - Mark said to Sofia

Where gonna go.. see you tonight sweetie - Callie said to Sofia

Arizona, Callie and Sara drove to the hospital to start their shift.

Later that day.

Addison and Sara where both out together eating at a restaurant.

Derek had called and said he was helping some people from the road because they had been in a accident and that he maybe would be late for his flight.

He's gonna make it - Sara said

You think Meredith has found out yet? - Addison asked

I think she has a suspicion.. I mean you two both being together with Sofia at the mall - Sara said

We gotta be more careful - Addison said

At the end of the day you both are married to each other and don't need to hide it - Sara said

I know.. but Derek has this whole thing of leaving Meredith and I wanna see it - Addison said

You know when he will do it? - Sara asked

In a few weeks - Addison said

The ambulance had arrived and taken the people from the accident.

Derek had gotten back to his car and suddenly his phone rang, it was Meredith.

Derek was about to pick up when a truck came out of nowhere and crashed right into his car.

The police saw it and called for another ambulance.

Minutes later a ambulance came and took Derek to a nearby hospital.

The doctors had called Derek's emergency contact which was Sara and Addison.

Sara and Addison had just finished eating and were now outside getting some ice cream from a truck.

They both got the message at the same time.
