Ch.9: Making Up

(Saturday 8:00am I woke up and noticed Liz wasn't there; I looked around and saw a note and breakfast on the bedside table)

Dear, Alice

I'm truly sorry and I'll make it up to you; I know I don't deserve your forgiveness but I'm begging please think about it ~ S

(I sighed and put the note down; I ate and was finished, I got out of bed and stepped on something soft. I looked down and saw blue rose peddles; I smiled a little "How'd he even get them here" I thought, I looked on the floor and saw blue rose peddles leading to the bathroom. I followed the trail and saw a full bath; I saw another note on the sink)

Dear, Alice

Enjoy and I picked out an outfit for you to wear I have a surprise for you, yours truly ~ S

("Maybe I should forgive him; at least he's trying, no Alice he hurt you" I thought. I sighed and got out of my clothes and got in the bath; I welcomed the warm water, I washed my body and soon got out. I wrapped a towel around me and walked out there was an outfit laid on the bed it was a simple white dress and brown sandals; I put on the dress and sandals, I curled my hair a little so they fall into loose curls. I walked out and went downstairs and saw Seth in a white button up and black jeans "I have to admit he looks handsome" I thought. He was holding I blue rose; I smiled a little and took it)

"I can't say how sorry I am so I'll show you" Seth said. (Smiling)

(He led me to the kitchen and I put the rose down; he opened the glass door and led us to the beach)

"Where are we going" I asked.

"It's a surprise" Seth said.

(We kept walking but we turned left and to a part where there was no people there and soon I could see a lot of rocks and blankets, a big white tent, candles, and picnic basket. We walked to the tent and got under it)

"All of this is beautiful" I said.

"I'm glad you like it" Seth said.

(We sat down on the blanket and he opened the basket; he pulled out sparkling cider I was a little confused)

"Well you're not exactly old enough to drink wine yet so I got this" Seth said.

"Did you forget I was drinking at the club" I said.

"Oh right" Seth said.

"This is fine" I said.

(He pour our glasses and he pulled out all different kinds of food I like and we started eating)

"How'd you know all this" I said.

"Liz told me after I begged her to help me and said I was sorry a lot, Alice I have to tell you something" Seth said.

(I nodded; Seth sighed)

"I just want to start by saying you have no idea how sorry I am for doing that to you and I shouldn't have done that but I did it because I thought you were interested in him" Seth said.

(I was about to say something)

"Just hear me out; I thought you was flirting because it happened to me before the crash my brother and I had, I was in high school and had a girlfriend named Bonnie I thought she was the perfect girl for me, she was pretty, sweet, and smart. One day I saw her flirting with our next door neighbor and turns out I found out she was sleeping with him; I got so angry and jealous, I was hurt I loved her and after that day I told myself I wouldn't let that happen to me again" Seth said.

(I didn't know what to say)

"I know this is no excuse to treat you like I did but-" Seth started.

(I cut him off by kissing him; he was shocked at first but kissed me back, I pulled away)

"I forgive you but you have to promise me you won't do anything like that to me again you really hurt me" I said.

"I promise I love you Alice" Seth said.

"I love you too" I said.

(We had talked about different things and I had a great time with Seth; he was being romantic and I was really starting to forgive him, we even made love on the beach and soon we fell asleep cuddling)
