ep. 7

*Matthews Pov*

"In. Your. Face Nicholas Antonio Sturniolo." Allie had won again, "Damn you really can kick all of our asses in Mario Kart al!" I high Fived her, "I know." She flipped her hair jokingly. Nick was about to retaliate when we heard the front door open, Carolyn and Nick were the first ones on their feet, ready to scold poor Jay and Chris, "What took you guys so long!?" Nick yelled as we all walked around the corner. Julia had two McDonald's bags and Chris held two white tables in each of his hands, "We got you McDonalds as a piece offering." Chris nodded to it. Allie and I burst out laughing. But Carolyn just stood there quietly eyeing Julia, "How come you're wearing Chris's hoodie?" She suddenly asked. Everyone looked from Chris to me, "Yeah what's up with that?" Allie raised her eyebrows and Matt smirked. Chris shrugged, "The car doesn't have heat remember?"
"Oohhhhh!" Nick sighed, almost out of relief, "what did y'all think it was?" Julia scrunched her nose, "I was just cold and Chris hoodie is super warm and comfortable." Chris nodded and set the tables down. He didn't ask for it back or anything, which I found strange. Usually whenever he lets anyone borrow his clothes he wants them back ASAP, even Nick and I. I just shrugged it off as Nick handed out McDonalds.

*Carolyn's Pov*

It was weird that Julia and Chris had come home way later than they thought they would, almost two hours. And it's weird that she was wearing Chris's hoodie. It should be me. I thought, I should be the one wearing that hoodie, "Oh my gosh guess who we saw!" Chris broke my thought, "who?" I took a bite of my fries, unamused, "We saw Emily Brown!" Nick's mouth gaped open, "From high school? You didn't invite her did you?"
"Hell no! She's annoying an she was a dick to Juls." I sat up, "What did she say?"
"She basically just called her fat." Chris rolled his eyes, "Yeah and she did that after she basically asked Chris out." Julia added, "What a bitch!" I said, "Oh you don't even know Carrey!" Matt said, "Chris and her were dating all through high school she-"
"Matt don't. Alright? Just don't." Chris was glaring daggers at him. Matt nodded, "Never mind that! As long as she's not coming."

I was now insanely curious to what had happened with Emily Brown. And I guess my curiosity got the best of me because I pulled my phone out while everyone else was talking and found her Instagram. I DMed her, inviting her to the party, no ones gonna see her, they'll be to many people after she accepted I put my phone down and ate my burger.

*Julia's Pov*

That was strange, that Chris didn't want Matt talking about Emily. I shrugged it off and finished eating. When we were done we started setting everything up, the tables, drinks, food, music. It took us about an hour and a half but when we were done it looked great.

"Shit guys!" Nick said, "we didn't get a video out this week." Matt and Chris threw their heads up and groaned. I had an idea, "When was the last time you guys did a Q&A?" Chris looked at me, "Probably like... Last year?"
"perfect! We have about two and a half hours until people start showing up. That's enough time to post a q&a on Instagram and answer a few?"
"You know? You are a genius!" Matt put up praying hands and Chris ran over to me. He picked me up and spun me around once, "Life saver." He smiled once he put me down.

About half an hour later we were ready, we had questions and the cameras were set up. Six of us sat on the couch, the boys sitting on the actual sofa and us girls behind then, sitting in the back of the couch, "Okay what is the first question Nick?" Matt asked, "Okay starla.008 says, 'This one is for the girls: who is your fave triplet?'"
"Yeah I'm kinda curious girls." Chris smirked. We thought for a moment, Allie was the fist one to speak, "Okay I'm gonna feel terrible but probably Matt, he's just easy to talk to." We all nodded, "It's gonna have to be Nick for me." I spoke up, "Then I'll say chris!" Carolyn smiled at him.

"Smash or pass: Chester Sturniolo?" Nick read and laughed, "pass."
"Ew what the fuck? Pass!"
"Pass"
"Hard pass, sorry bro... "
Even Chris said, "PASS" then everyone looked at Carolyn for the expected pass but she said, "Smash." We all gave her a what the fuck? Face, "Come on! It's still chris!" She said and she began to play with Chris's hair. He looked immediately uncomfortable, but I felt that since she was sitting behind him, there was nothing I could do. He looked to his brothers with a face that definitely said "help me"

"Okay guys, " nick read the question, "what is your type? Then it says, 'mostly for chris'"
"I'm not answering this alone though." Chris looked at his brothers, "Okay I'll go first, Men." Nick rolled his eyes, earning a laugh from everyone, "And I like black curly hair, brown eyes." Matt shrugged, "Brown Hair, brown or green eyes. And knows how to have a good time." Chris answered, "Girls?" He tried to move his head away from Carolyn who was still touching his hair, but then she put her hands on his shoulders, and rubbed his shoulders. I felt so bad for Chris, "Like black or brown hair, green eyes maybe?" Allie looked to me, "Uh-" I tried to concentrate but it was bothering me how Carolyn was making Chris obviously feel, she was acting strange, "Um probably blue eyes and blonde or brown hair, but also funny and sarcastic." I nodded to myself, "Carolyn go." I said to her, "Okay probably blue eyes, brown hair, silly..." She winked at Chris who was turned around looking at her. Chris slowly turned back toward the camera, he looked disgusted. Enough was enough I decided, "Hey Carrey can we switch places? I'm not feeling very good and the fan in facing right at you, I just need some fresh air." She rolled her eyes, "Sure." She stood up and we switched places. Now I was behind Chris and she was behind Matt,

"Are you okay?" Chris looked at me with real concern in his eyes, "yeah just a little hot... " "You should take that hoodie off then." I didn't even realize I was still wearing Chris's hoodie, "No it's fine. I'll be fine. " I said not wanting to take the cozy hoodie off, "sure..." He turned back around

A few questions later I felt Chris lean against my legs. I put his head up and looked at me while Nick looked for a question. He softly smiled at me. I returned a warm smile which made him giggle for some reason, "What?" I asked him so only he could hear it, "nothing, you're just... nothing."
"Chris what?" I smacked his head lightly, and he giggled, "You're just-"
"CHRIS!" Nick yelled, "Jesus what?"
"You need to come out of your personal little work over there and answer the question!" Matt sighed, "The last question is... " he waited for Nick to continue, "Here is an interesting one, 'are you a virgin? '"
Alli shrugged, "Yeah."
Nick nodded, "I am."
"I'm not. " The first no from Chris
Carolyn's checks got red, "Yeah... "
"Nope" Matt answered. I was the last one and everyone looked at me, I shook my head, "nah"

"Well that concludes our video for you guys, I hope you all like it, we love you and appreciate you! Go follow these girls, their socials will be linked! Byeee!" Matt ended the video and got up to switch the camera off. Once it was off we all leaned back on the couch and took a moment to relax. After about 5 minutes of talking Chris stood up, "I'm gonna head outside and wait for guest to show up, I need some air." He walked out the front door.

*Chris's Pov*

I walked a little down the pathway of our house and stood on the side if the street. I loved when it was like this, the night after a rain. When the street was full of puddles and everything still smelt like a storm. I loved the way the chilly air hit my face and my lips. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath.

"Hey man..." I heard nicks voice, "what's up." I stuck my hands into the pocket of my jeans, "Not much, just needed some fresh air. I was being suffocated by the smell of Carolyn's Victoria's Secret perfume..." Nick cringed, "I know... But hey she's my friend let's not talk bad."
"She was just being really odd... I mean I barely know her and she was all over me."
"I noticed that. She was actually trying to come out here and get you but Allie and Matt shut her down pretty quick." I laughed, "Good, she's was I was trying to get away from!"
"Hey, hey. I don't wanna talk badly, really. Let's just go inside." A few cars pulled into our driveway, "see, people are here now." I nodded and we walked back into the house together, ready to get our party on.
