"Aahna..." Nirvaan uttered her name helplessly, gripping her hand.

"Don’t touch me," she snapped, stepping back, disturbed by his touch.

"Please leave. It is very disturbing seeing you," Aahna requested, her voice firm but laced with exhaustion.

"How can I go? I’ve been searching for you for five years," Nirvaan replied, his voice cracking, shocking her.

"What do you mean?" she asked, confusion and surprise etched on her face.

"I’ve loved you for a long time, but I didn’t realize it soon enough. When I returned and couldn’t find you anywhere, I realized just how much I love you. And now, knowing they are our children, and you are—"

"They are your children by blood, and I am their mother, but you have no place in our lives now. I don’t consider you their father. You have no right to them. We’ve built a life without you," Aahna interrupted him, her voice calm but resolute.

Nothing had ever hurt him as much as hearing those words.

"I want to do the right thing for them and for you. Just give me one chance to prove it," Nirvaan pleaded, desperation creeping into his tone.

"You had your chance, but you blew it heartlessly, making our lives harder and ruining everything. Just leave, Mr. Ahuja," she responded coldly.

"You are coming with me," he stated sternly, frustration growing as he saw her unwillingness to even try to understand him. He knew he had made a huge mistake, but he also knew that calmly handling the situation was the first step. Later, he would try to fix everything, even if it took the rest of his life. But he couldn’t let them suffer here any longer.

Aahna stood her ground, her eyes locking with his, filled with a mixture of pain and defiance. "I’m not going anywhere with you, Nirvaan. Our lives don’t revolve around your decisions anymore."

Nirvaan's heart ached at her words, but he knew he couldn't give up. "Aahna, I will do whatever it takes to make this right. I know I don’t deserve your forgiveness, but I can’t lose you and our children again. Please, just give me a chance."

"It’s too late, Nirvaan. You can’t just walk back into our lives and expect everything to be okay. We’ve moved on. I’ve moved on."

Nirvaan clenched his fists, the reality of her words hitting him like a ton of bricks. But he couldn’t accept it. He wouldn’t. "I’m not giving up on you, on us. I will prove to you that I’m here to stay, that I’m willing to do whatever it takes to be a part of your lives."

Aahna looked away, her heart heavy with the weight of their past. "I don’t need you to be a part of our lives. We’ve been fine without you."

Nirvaan took a step closer, his voice softening. "But you shouldn’t have had to be fine without me. I should have been there for you, for them. I can’t change the past, but I want to be here now, for all of you."

Aahna shook her head, her emotions swirling in turmoil. "Just leave, Nirvaan. Please."

"I’m not leaving, Aahna. Not this time. You guys are not staying here anymore. Pack your bags "

"Have you gone out of your mind? Do you think I would let you back into our lives?"

"I didn’t know about my feelings then, and I didn’t know you were pregnant. Your parents threatened me with marriage. You can't blame me entirely. I had made up my mind before coming here, but now that I know about our children, I can’t let them stay here."

"It doesn’t matter."

"It matters!" he says furiously. "I won’t have my children crying because someone asked them who or where their father is."
