Mia wrapped herself with her sweater as she goes down the stairs. She looked at Adonis sitting on the couch and her eyes immediately looked at the time. It was 10 am and he was still not leaving, "I thought you left?"

"Pack your things.."

She creased her forehead and looked at him, "W-what? Why?" Anxiety rised up inside her and all she could think is that Adonis is kicking her out of the house.

He looked at his watch, "Our flight is at 4 I have to run a short meeting then we'll head to the airport."

"Flight?" She looked confused. Adonis stood up and looked at her, "Isn't that what you wrote on the calendar? Now hustle up.. Pack your things I have no time to wait now.."

Mia nodded her head so fast she then rushed herself back to her room to pack a few clothes and personal items. After preparing herself, she came down Adonis gave her a look, "What the hell is that?"

"A bag.."

"A bag? That's-" he shaked his head., "Let's go.."

Mia locked the house and followed him to the car. She took a deep breath and put her seatbelt on as Adonis starts the engine.

While driving Adonis notice how Mia was slightly moving her head to the beat of the music from the radio. She looked cute jamming herself to the music, he never knew she loved country music. "You like country music?"

She smiled and nod her head, "Yeah.. I used to sing in the bar.. any type of music but I like singing country more.."

He cleared his throat. He really don't know much about her but spending these past weeks with her he learned a lot of things. "So how did you became orphan?"

She looked at him, "My parents died when I was 10, I was the only child.." short response from her. He nodded his head and put the music lower volume. Mia notice when he turn the car around and park his car on the Mall area. She creased her forehead and looked at him, "So you've been by yourself since?" He asked her which distruct her thoughts again.

"Uhm yeah, I actually ended up in a bar after high school.. Couldn't afford college working in a bar was a little helpful.."

"24/7 helpful? You stayed at that bar as if it was your home.."

Mia stayed quiet. She didn't know he knew that she was working there 24/7. 'I thought he only knows me because he keeps seeing me there..'

Adonis turned off the engine and open his door. Mia looked at him with curiousness in her eyes, "Why are we here again?" She asked while getting off the car and close the door.

She followed him inside and look at the people, "I don't undertand why last time you were dressing yourself nicely and when it comes to me you look like a maid." He whispered. Mia turned her face to look at him and creased her forehead, "I don't know what you're talking about.."

He stopped in front of the store and looked around while Mia was behind him. She hold her bag tightly while walking around and checking the clothes she can never afford. Adonis stopped by the luggage area. He grabbed a set and looked at the employee, "Grabbed clothes for her size and make sure the luggage are full.."

Mia's eyes widened, "What are you doing?! I have tons of clothes.."

"I don't like it.." his voice were cold, "I'm not going to another country with a woman wearing cheap clothings.."

She stayed in silent looking at the employees grabbed multiple outfits and putting it at the cashier. The lady puts each clothes that was scanned on the luggage neatly. Mia couldn't help to peak on the total amount and her eyes were wide open, "No! No.. That's too expensive I can't pay that.."
