Epilogue

Adonis looked down as he looked at Mia's body being taken out. He looked so messy and stressed while trying to control his anger and tears. The man pointed to the body, "Amiarie Wester."

He got home and Claire gave him a glare while holding the baby. His eyes landed to the month old baby then smirked. He walked passed by them and Claire creased her forehead, "Where did you go?! Its 10 pm! And what happened to you?! You're eyes are puffy and you look like a mess! Are you drunk?!"

Adonis walked upstairs and take of his long sleeve as he enter to the bedroom and drop himself to the bed. Claire followed him, "ADONIS! I've been worrying! Where did you go?! Jesus! Answer me-"

"LEAVE ME ALONE!" He yelled and looked at baby before letting out a large breath, "I'm sorry.. I need to sleep.."

She stayed quiet and watched him lay down on the bed while she carry the baby. There was a sobbing sound from him and her face began to change expression. 'He's crying..' she thought while staring at him, "Uhm.. are you okay?"

He didn't respond. Claire gulped and walked out of the room looking so confused. She stood up by the door and look at the baby. As the baby sleep, Claire put the her at the crib and went back to their room.

Adonis was sitting down looking at his phone watching videos and pictures. She walked closer to him and and hold onto his shoulder, "What happened?" Her eyes landed to the phone and began to boil her head with anger, "STILL?! Mia?! Its been months Adonis! Mon-"

"Mia is passed away.."

Claire paused, "What?"

"She has a heart failure.."

She stayed quiet.

"She was pregnant.."

Claired looked at him and her forehead creased, "You- you and her?" Couldn't believe about what he just told her.

She looked away and take a deep breath, "Adonis, you and her had sex?!" Her face dropped, "I understand now why you couldn't moved on! You still love her.. After all the months we're together.. We have a child.."

"I want a DNA with that child.."

"A what?!"

He looked at her, "I want to know.."

"Adonis she's your child!"

"I want to know!"

Claire looked at him before leaving the room. Adonis followed her with his eyes.

'That's the papers.. You came with her when she gave birth sir.. You don't remember?' The nurse gave him a paper. Adonis took a deep breath, 'I remember..'

He wiped his tears and stand up walking to the drawer and hide the paper.

Adonis sat down on the ground and light a candle as the two kids ran around him. He gave a little look to the two, "Adrian.. Don't chase her too much she's going to hurt herself again.. come here talk to your mom.."

The kids sat on his lap and look at the thomb, "Is she waking up now daddy?" Avrielle asked.

He smiled, "No.. Mommy is still sleeping, go say hi to her.. You too Adrian.."

"Hi mommy.." the two chuckled as they push each other playfully. They stood up and ran to the car chasing each other again.

Adonis took a deep breath and look at Mia's name, "They're growing pretty fast.. They're 5 now.. Adrian is pretty tall and seems to be quiet like you.. Avrielle.." he sighed and chuckled, "She's a mix of us I had to say.."
