Chaeryeong wasn't home yet and you were waiting for her. You were always excited for her to come home back to you and give you all the love and affection you deserve but today would be a little different.
You have been scrolling through tiktok and saw some videos of couples wherein one of them would pretend to had fallen asleep on the couch and see the others reaction. So you also decided to do it and wanted to know how your girlfriend will react
You got out of your shared room and made your way to the living room and to the couch. You turned on the tv so that Chaeryeong would think you had fallen asleep from watching a movie. You laid there and when you saw a message from Chaeryepng pop up from your phone saying that she'll be home in a few minutes, you start to pretend to sleep.
Around a few minutes or so, you really had fallen asleep, not noticing it one bit. Maybe because of your own exhaustion from school.
The door of your shared apartment was now opened by Chaeryeong as she entered.
"Baby, I'm home" Chaeryeong announced, expecting that you would be running towards her and give her a big hug because that's what you always do when she gets home
"Baby?" she called once again as she placed the keys on the shelf. She puts her shoes aside and enters further into your guys apartment. She was slightly confused on why it was awfully quiet but could only hear the tv was on so she made her way there
When she saw you sleeping on the couch, she can't help but chuckle and be in awe on how cute you look. She went towards you and then sat at the small space that was left.
"You must've been so tired from school" she said softly and then caressed your cheek with her thumb. She removed your phone from your hand and placed it on the coffee table.
"You probably waited for me for a long time my love" she added in a whisper as she leaned down to kiss the tip of your nose
She then also grabbed the remote and turned the tv off so that it would be more quieter in the apartment.
"Baby, I'm back home now" Chaeryeong said softly as she was now closer to your face but you didn't reacted because you had really fallen asleep
She just chuckled and then carefully carried you bridal style and brought you to your guys room. Reaching there, she placed you gently on the bed and then went beside you.
"My precious girl" she whispered and kissed your forehead. She covered the both of your bodies with the blanket as she wraps her arms around you.
She kissed you along your face, showering you with so much love.
With that you suddenly woke up, slowly fluttering your eyes open only to see her in front of you.
"You're home" you said softly with a smile
"Mhm. I'm back home my love" she said and smiled at you and you smiled back
"You missed me?" she asked
"Very" you said and scooted closer to her and hid your face on the crook of her neck
"Get back to sleep my love, I'll wake you up later" she said softly and you nodded as you hummed in response, slowly falling back to sleep.
"I love you so much baby" she said before hugging you tightly and caressing your back. She promised she would wake you up in a while when the two of you would have dinner.
