The camp's atmosphere was one that reeked of solemn and fear, despite the bright sun shining down on them. It was only just yesterday that the delinquents were dancing in the bonfire's afterglow and living life to the fullest.

But that was before they learned about the brutal death of one of their own. None of them could care less about the beauty or excitement of the ground when there was a group of people out in the wild, actively preying on their weaknesses.

Sure, many of the teens were grateful to live another day with their life in tact but how long was that going to last?

The only person who was trying to have some sort of hope during these suddenly tense times was Sky Monroe. Of course, she was scared of being killed but she kept her head up high as someone needed to be brave for the group. She believed everything would work out in the end for them and they'll survive.

Currently, the teen girl was sitting in the dropship, packing her things into her backpack. She needed to make sure that she had all of the essentials items as she was about to embark on an important expedition. She was about to march into the forest to retrieve Alisha's body and bring her back to camp, where she belonged.

"You're really going after her?" The girl looked up and was met the sight of Campbell Cullen. He was standing in the dropship entrance with his arms crossed over his chest.

"Of course." Sky nodded, getting up from the dirty floor. "I'm not gonna leave Leesh out there."

"It's a suicide mission, you know." Campbell pointed out the obvious.

"I don't care." Sky shot back. "She doesn't deserve to be out there, alone in the forest. She deserves to be properly honoured and buried here, surrounded by her friends."

"You're making a big mistake. You're gonna get yourself or someone else killed." Campbell tried his best to warn but she wasn't listening to his antics.

Sky scoffed at his attitude. "You call yourself adventurous but you're really just a coward." She then shoved past the boy, not caring about the glare she received in return.

The girl wanted to get away from him as fast as possible, so she instantly exited the dropship. When she stepped out, she was met with the sight of Sebastian Kwon and Winter Smythe. Both teens were waiting for her, with their packs on.
