Ch 20: My silence is the answer

Everyone is in the practice ground,"Rami, how was yesterday night?"

"Mine was wonderful, I met with my sister"

"Do she recognizes you?"

"No but I remind her of him, she said"

"You have to tell her, she will be happy"

"No, if I keep on coming close to her, she will recognize me"

"She is your sister, she has the right to know" Odell said.

Someone pass them and push Dara as she is about to fall and Odell hold her from falling, "be careful"

She turn to glance at the person with his friends laughing. Prince Ericson kick a small stone from the ground, it fly and hit the back of his head,"who hit me?" He yelled out which attached other students attention.

Prince Ericson and her friends cover their mouth to laughs. "Is you" he yelled while pointing at prince Ericson.

"Me!" Pointing at himself.

"Yes, you, throw this stone at me"

"And if I hit you, what will you do?"

"You don't know me, am Richard, the son of minister Zahir, he is the minister of finance"

He smirked,"if you are the minister son then am prince Ericson"

Richard laughs,"prince Ericson, impossible, he died long time ago. Someone from the Lowest clan can't be a prince"

"What do you say" Dara yelled out about to kick Richard but Odell stop her,"he is useless"

Prince Ericson turn to face the gate as it opens and a carriage enter. A voice yelled out, "bowed to queen of Tasara kingdom"

Everyone fall on their knees and their head to the ground, she step her foot on the soil as she face hundred of students,"stand up" she said as everyone raise their head.

"Where is your princess?"

"Am here" a voice yelled out as princess Aurora, prince Ricardo, Catana and Zale came through the second gate.

"What is happening?"

"It look like a war front between stepmother and stepdaughter"

"Please, don't fight, my dream will be destroy"

"I can't watch this" then cover his eyes.

"Richard, inform your father about this"

He hit his head,"idiot, he is a minister not a king"

"Princess Aurora, a letter was sent to you, three days in a row one from your father then the other two was from me but there was no response"

"My silence is the answer, am not going with you to the palace"

"Then you will come with me by force" from no where guards surround the place.

Prince Ricardo walk to the queen,"sister in law, you don't have to force Kitana, she is happy here"

"This is the order from her father the king"

"Am not going with you. Tell the king that princess Aurora won't come"

"My child, come home, your father missing you so much"

"Because of you and father, Rana was sent away. He keep saying he is not the one but you both don't believe him and kept a nine years old in a prison. I won't go with you, my Rana must be found"

"He is dead, Kitana"

"He is alive" she snap out,"I can feel him, he is some where close to me" as she place her hand on her chest.

Prince Ericson focus on his sister as tears form in his eyes. He don't like seeing his sister cry but there is nothing he can do.

Dara look at him,"don't you feel her pain?"

Prince Ericson nods,"I feel it"

Prince Ricardo glance at his nephew then he returns by shaking his head. Dara notice it,"do the governor know about your identity?"

He replied, "Yes"

"Okay as you wish" the queen said and she enter her carriage as the horse begin to ride while her guards follow behind.

The princess watch as the horse leave the gate and slowly she close her eyes about to fall but prince Ricardo hold her in time.

"Your highness, I don't understand? you let the princess stay"

"Arlo, do you think so?" He nods his head then she laughs,"you're wrong, right now, her life is in danger and the antidote is in my hands. Very soon, my brother in law will run coming to me to save his precious niece. Bang Kitana won't have any option but to come with me"

Catana open her eyes, she place her two fingers on her left hand and on her chest, she close her eyes then open it immediately.

"She was poison, it has begin to spread round her body"

"Please save her, I don't want to lose her, she is precious to me"

"Her body is turning white" she murmured then look at prince Ricardo.

"We need to find the letters, it may give us solution to the poison"

"I will bring it right away"

"Be careful, don't touch them with your hands"

Prince Ricardo nods and leave the room. Prince Ericson enters and bowed,"what are you doing here?"

"Princess Aurora is my friend because of her am in Drew-dom academy. You're a doctor let me talk to her"

"Rami, I know you're worry about her, everyone is doing same thing but I can't let you touch or talk to her"

"Please teacher, let me talk to her, we are connected in a special way"

"Are you her lover?"

Prince Ericson shake his head,"No, we are friends that has a special bond"

Catana sigh "I don't know what special bond both of you share" she stand up,"take care of her, am going to Ricardo" and leave the room.

Prince Ericson sit at the edge of the bed and hold her hand,"sister Kitana, is me, your Rana. I can feel your pain, you suffer so much to forget this brother and you believe I am still alive. Am sorry for not coming sooner to ease that pain" tears drop on Princess Aurora chest,"please open your eyes for the sake of me" as he lower a little and kiss her forehead.

About to raise his head, his necklace interwined into princess Aurora necklace. He used his hand to separate it but couldn't, it was so strong,"what is happening?" he said.

Their pendant join together and form a love shape. A white light came out from the pendant and hit princess Aurora forehead then shine unto the face of prince Ericson, which make him to move back as their necklace disconnected and he cover his eyes with the red ribbon then the white light vanished.

Prince Ericson remove the ribbon from his eyes, slowly princess Aurora eyes was wide open. She sit up then she stare at prince Ericson, her eyes become clear as the tears drop but her brother catch it,"Rana" she said and pull him into a tight hug.
