"You have reached Asahina Financial Institute. My name is Naegi how can I help you?" Makoto picked up the phone as he slouched in his chair. Ever since he graduated from Hopes Peak Academy, Makoto was looking for a job opportunity. His friend, Aoi Asahina decided to start a financial institute so Makoto asked about getting a job. Asahina accepted and now Makoto was here.
"Alright thank you I will get those for you! let me put you on hold for a few minutes." Makoto said as he put down the phone.
Makoto had to get some files from the 5th floor. Makoto's office was on the 2nd. Makoto got up from his spinning chair and he walked out of his office. He passed the coffee table and his friend Yasuhiro Hagakure. Yasuhiro was also in Makoto's class and he graduated with Makoto.
"Ey my bro Makoto what is up!" Hiro said.
"Nothing really. I have to go to the 5th floor to get something." Makoto admitted
"ehh. Have fun Makotoo!" He responded.
Makoto went past Hiro. He thought about how his work was doing and he walked to the elevator and pushed the button. The button turned red and the door soon opened for Makoto. Makoto stepped inside the elevator and he rested his back onto the wall of the elevator. Makoto let out a small sigh. Right as the door was about to close, someone else stepped inside the small cramped elevator.
It was Byakuya Togami.
Byakuya went to Hopes Peak with Makoto and they both graduated in the same year. He decided not to take over the Togami cooperation and he started a normal life. When Asahina offered him the job he didn't resist. So now they worked together in the same office. But Togami still hated Makoto.
"What floor?" Makoto asked in his normally cheerful tone.
"Why would I tell a peasant like you?" He said in a sassy manner. Togami clicked the button to the 8th floor. The elevator was silent. The only sound heard was the movement of the elevator shaft. The sound abruptly came to a stop. They were only on the 4th floor though? The elevator made a weird screeching noise. The elevator didn't move after that. They were stuck. Makoto slightly panicked. He was stuck in an elevator. How long would it be before he got out? And worse. He was stuck with Byakuya Togami
"Were stuck." Togami said harshly. "Its all your fault!" It suddenly hit Makoto that he wouldn't be able to get out for a few hours. Togami went to the elevator pad and frustrated, he began to click buttons.
Makoto Naegi was stuck in an elevator with Byakuya Togami. This was bad.
