A plush doll, that's what Karma Akabane had turn into-how? He couldn't quiet remember. All he did remember was the fact that he had been himself and that got him into trouble with a woman of high power that made him be some damn doll. He had kept a head count on how long he had been in the doll form he's been in...He was going slightly insane being as he was.
It took half a year for a young teenage girl to ask her father to buy him out of a strange shop then two and a half years of sleeping beside the young female to realize what his life had become. He was the object of the young woman's comfort. The young teenage girl was a purple haired female with golden eyes, her name was Autumn Solace.
She was the same age as him...eighteen. She was an only child...just like him. But her parents were divorced and that made it difficult for her to go on, he remembered watching her from where he was constantly placed on her bed; seeing her cry and seeing her scar herself. No one is worth her scaring herself like she had many times over the two and a half years he had stayed at her side.
That was until he was packed away and soon forgotten, he lost track of time after that he didn't know why he was packed away but it seemed to him that she didn't need him anymore which somehow upset him that he was cast to the side like he was nothing. When he was finally able to see the light again, and see her again he saw that her once long purple hair was cut short and she wore glasses over her beautiful golden eyes.
"Oh! Karma! I almost forgot about you little buddy." She said as she picked him up.
Little? HE WASN'T LITTLE!!!
"Stop smothering the hell out of that plush doll, you need to figure out what you want to keep and what you're selling babe." A male said from behind her.
What the hell happened while he was packed away? Who was that douche voice that he heard? He hadn't heard that voice before. He soon saw a brunette male with green eyes looking at Autumn with detest as Karma was facing the male.
"I can smother the hell out of anything I want Derick! I don't need you to be a nosy brat, get the fuck out of my room and do something better with yourself." Autumn said coldly
"Whatever you flat chested bitch, I'm just doing what I was told."
"MOM DERICK CALLED ME A FLAT CHESTED BITCH AGAIN!" Autumn yelled from her room.
"Derick stop calling your sister that, behave and get out of her room. You're supposed to be in your room cleaning it." a female voice-he assumed was her mother's voice spoke out annoyed
"Fuck you bitch, the sooner you can move the fuck out the sooner I can do whatever the hell I want!" Derick said before he left the room.
Once the door slammed shut, for the first time in a while he heard Autumn cry. He didn't like that she was crying and he couldn't kick the ass of the guy who made her cry-he didn't love the girl but he sure as hell couldn't stand seeing a girl cry because she was being herself. He felt her squeeze him tightly before turning him around so he could see her tear glossy eyes.
"Karma...I'm glad you're just a plush doll. I don't know what you'd do if you saw all of this...Tch...what am I say you'd never be able to care for anyone like I care for you." She said before she gave the doll a small peck on the cheek and set it on her bed before going through a few more boxes-most of it she was going to sell.
But she couldn't sell her Karma doll-that had memories and was her rock growing up as a teenager, she was going to keep it even if she was too old for dolls now. As it got later at night she went to bed with the doll lying beside her only for Karma to turn back to his human self in a red puff of smoke. He sighed in relief before he looked down to the young female beside him. "I think you under estimate me, you'll see. Things will change for you Autumn."
When Autumn woke up the next day she felt like utter crap-mainly due to the fact that she fell asleep crying her eyes out. She curled up in her purple flower blanket as she placed it over her head to block out the sunlight only to hear a chuckle of a male that she hadn't heard in years.
"Someone's not a morning person."
Hearing his voice made her freeze up. Why the hell was she hearing Karma Akabane's voice in her room? She turned herself around and peeked out of her blanket only to see that Karma was right beside her where her plush doll was supposed to be. She blinked her golden eyes a few times before she felt her face turn bright red as his hair.
He gave her a smirk as he grabbed the blanket off of her making her be exposed to him, he chuckled as he saw how quick she was to yelp out and hide herself into her pillow. "Aw c'mon you can't tell me that after all this time you're now just embarrassed to see me beside you. Or did you forget that you kept me against your chest for two and a half years before packing me up like any other damn stuffed plush doll."
She whined out. "I didn't know that you were the real deal you dork! Don't tease me!"
He couldn't help but laugh, she was acting so much different than she had before and it was amusing to see. He didn't think he'd have such an affect on a woman like he was. Most woman were afraid of him, but to see a woman get so flustered and be so embarrassed to see him-that was really new and he enjoyed teasing and poking fun at the young purple haired woman.
He had already taken his shoes off so he wanted to get a bigger response from her by getting really close to her body caging her with his own before he whispered in her ear.
"If I was going to tease you, you wouldn't be wearing anything right now."
Her first reaction was to hide her head under her pillow-well that's new. He didn't think that she'd do that-then again, he didn't know what she'd be like around the real him. Her mind made her think that the plush he was-wasn't real. So she acted completely different versus what he was seeing now. Of course he wanted to see the female he saw as she was growing up, just getting that side of her out was going to be a tricky thing to do mainly due to the fact that he didn't know how to get her to be that way around him.
He chuckled a bit as he slipped his arms around her pulling her body fairly close to his. "Aww c'mon, I've been in a box for goodness knows how long. Can't I see the face of the woman whose eyes lit up when she saw me?...Please Autumn." He whispered in her ear
She tried to get out of his grasp but his hold on her was too tight so she was pretty much stuck under him until his demand was met. She slipped her hand to her night stand where she placed her glasses, grabbing them before she turned herself so she was facing him with her glasses on her face. Her face was beat red as she tried her best to stay calm, she couldn't believe how close he was to her and just what he had said to her.
She knew it wasn't a dream-mainly due to the fact that she never had dreams. It was always nightmares for her so she knew she was awake and this was real. She was dealing with the real Karma, there was no doubt about that. He smiled at her once he saw her face, he then let her go and sat properly on her bed. "That wasn't so hard now was it Autumn?"
"N-No...But how do you know my name?"
"I've heard your father and many other's call you that duh, even though I was a plush doll I was a hundred and ten percent alive. I just couldn't sleep, eat or shit like a normal human being."
Autumn couldn't help but laugh-yup he was the real deal. Blunt and honest just like she knew he was.
