Gakushu didn't want to seem like his father but it seemed like he had to take things into his own hands-he slapped his daughter across the face making her hit the floor as he did so. Amaya's purple eyes widen as she held the side of her face.

"Answer me! Don't give me any bull shit Amaya Bella Asano! Why the hell did you say what you did to Autumn?!" Gakushu said seriously

Amaya looked down sadly as she held her face, she hadn't ever heard anyone ever call her by her full name before-so she knew that she had fucked up. She sat up as she stayed on the floor. "I figured if she was out of the way that you'd have room to love me instead of her. I didn't want to be second best to her." She said sadly

"Second best? Tch, just what nonsense have you been fed Amaya? You are my first child and the only female that Astra and I had together. Why the hell would you be second best?" Gakushu said seriously

Amaya frowned as she was quiet for a bit. "Grandfather Bonfey said that I would always be second best-even to my parents unless I showed that I was the best daughter for them. When I heard that you had another daughter that was my half sister...I felt like I failed even before I began to show that I was the best."

Gakushu sighed and ran a hand through his hair. "Your grandfather has no idea what he's talking about, he never gave your mother the time of day until she moved here and became my girlfriend. Don't think that he tells the truth about what your mother and I think about you when he doesn't know the half of the problems that have happened here. Now let me tell you something about your half sister that you are going to need to take into consideration." Gakushu said seriously

Amaya looked up to her father as he crossed his arms. "Your half sister has been diagnosed with depression since she was a mere child. She had been fought over by both the female she had to call mother and the male her mother married before the male died. Since the male died she had been living here- which only made things worse for her." Gakushu explained

Amaya got up as she placed her hands in front of her. "So she's like mother?"

"Exactly-but worse. I want you to go find your brother and help find your sister. I don't want to see you until I see you with your half sister. Do I make myself clear?" Gakushu said seriously

"Y-Yes father-crystal clear." Amaya said sadly before she left out to find where her younger brother went off to.

While Gakushu was talking with Amaya, Karma had found Autumn in a tree and got her down with a bribe of getting her ice cream-which worked. So while they both ate their strawberry ice creams they sat down on a bench to wait for Derrick to get to where they were. Autumn was fairly quiet as she ate her ice cream which concerned Karma.

"Does the words that woman said still get to you?" Karma asked concerned

"Mhm, I didn't want to have the Asano name anyways. I want the next time my surname gets changed to be the man that I get married to...and I really hope that person that I marry is you Karma." She said as she looked up from her ice cream to him.

He stiffened a bit hearing her talk before he looked away from his ice cream averting his eyes. "I didn't think you'd actually give a damn either way about who you'd end up with in the end."

Autumn pinched his cheek as she narrowed her golden eyes at him. "Karma you're the only guy that gives me respect and actually gives a damn about me why the hell would I ever leave you? There's no one else I'd ever would rather be with than you. I love you with all of my heart...don't you love me back?" She asked first annoyed before she let go of his cheek and just sat on the bench with her legs under her as her tone got sad
