Karma and Derick where waiting for almost an entire week for Autumn to wake up. By that time her mother and step father had came home. Her mother read the letter that was written by her daughter only for her to cover her mouth and sob out. Her step father had read the letter over her shoulders and glared at Derick.

"What is this about you using your sister? Just what have you been doing while we've been gone these last two years!?"

Derick frowned as he was being scolded by his father. "I..I knew her before she became my sister. Her and I were just starting to get close to one another when you popped the question to her mother. I didn't even know you were trying to date her mother, so when we became siblings I just couldn't get over the crush that I had over Autumn. I didn't know that it'd take this much of an impact on her though."

"You'd be surprise on how much that woman has gone through that she keeps from others. She's completely different from how she is around everyone else when she's in her room. Sadly-I've seen those parts of her and none of them are really pretty." Karma said shaking his head

"And you are?" Her mother asked

"I'm Karma...the reason she had even done this to begin with. I did something that even now that I regret doing, I just hope that I can talk to her and make things right once more."

Before anything else could be said a doctor came out and looked to the four of them. "Are you four here for Autumn Monto?"

"Yes, I'm her mother. How is my little angle?" Her mother said concerned

"She is very fragile minded and has been going through a lot of surgery sessions just to take out the increasing amount of medication that she had within her body. She had taken over two months worth of medication in one sitting which stopped her heart and caused a slight case of amnesia. She may...or may not know the lot of you so please be cautious." The doctor said before giving them the room number

When the four of them got to the room Autumn looked from the window to the four of them. "Mother, father, brother...who is it that you have with you?"

Karma's golden eyes widen when he heard the words that came out of her mouth, she truly had forgotten about him. Derick spoke up first. "Sis, you don't remember your own boyfriend?"

Autumn looked to him confused. "Boy...friend? I have no idea what you're talking about big brother. I haven't dated in years since Johnson had dumped me for not going all the way with him."

Karma felt like crying once more but he didn't as he stepped closer to her and laced his fingers with hers. "Auti...please try to remember me. Remember my name, the time we've spent together the last two years and everything I've said to you up to this point. Please...You mean everything to me."

Autumn looked from his golden sad eyes to his hands before she closed her eyes, she didn't understand who the male was until a name came to her. "Karma..."

"Mhm, that's my name Auti. C'mon I know you can remember the rest. Just believe in yourself." Karma said with a smile

As she heard the male speak she realized why she was there and slipped her hands out of his before she opened her eyes. She raised her left hand and slapped him very hard on the face leaving a red mark across the side of his face.

"Get the fuck out and don't you dare return here. You have my Aunt Amatae don't you? I don't understand why the hell you'd lie to someone who actually loved you like that!" Autumn hissed out

He sighed out and closed his eyes. "I did that cause I needed you to no longer care for her, I lost all interest in her when she changed me. I took care of her before I found you, I know the words I spoke to you were harsh but I had to so you wouldn't figure out what I've done for the sake of us being together." He said sadly
