I got in, start her up and head off to work. If chief asked for me it must be serious. After the fall of Union strange started showing up throughout the planet. It didn't help that most of the big names were gone leaving only mid and lower tier heroes. The situation was dealt with however heroes and villains a like still took heavy losses. So in effort to combat this threat the UN decided to created the Incursion Task Force or ITF. Heroes, villains, armed forces anyone with combat experience were selected or enlisted to combat the incursions.
I was asked and I became one of the commander of the Maverick Division and leader of Fireteam Onyx. We made much progress since the Task Force started. While there are attacks they can be quickly dealt with, Maverick is only called when all else has failed. The fact the chief called me and my team means something going down. I finally reached ITF base.
