4 - ANOTHER CONFLICT AT WORK

"Today was the day she broke my heart."
"I felt like sitting in a dark room all day feeling hurt."
"But I quickly try to ignore these disturbing thoughts and get ready for work."
I am sitting at my desk when Noor knocks and comes in.
"Mr. Aggarwal, I brought you back a coffee."
I take a look at the coffee and see it is a sweet coffee with whipped cream.
"Miss Mehta, I do not like sweet coffee at all!"
"And who do you think you are to bring me coffee."
"Please leave and continue doing your work."

Noor
I reach the company on time today so I decide to buy myself coffee and also think to buy for Mr.Aggarwal.
As soon as I give him his coffee, he yells at me and tells me to leave and do my work.
Sitting back at my desk I think, "how would I know if he likes sweet coffee or not?"
"I have to do something about this."
I decide to have a talk with Mr.Dhruv Tyagi, Mr.Aggarwal's only close friend.
"Mr.Tyagi, why does Mr.Aggarwal always act so cold?"
"I'm afraid I can't answer personal questions, Miss Mehta."
"It's finally time to go home."
"I reach at my house to see that Barkha has come over for a sleepover."
We quickly wash up and sit on my bed.
"You are so busy nowadays Noorie." "We don't get time to even talk so I came over for a sleepover."
"I know Barkha."
"Anyways, how is your new job?"
"OMG, Barkha!" "Mr.Aggarwal is so cold."
"I heard from an employee that he is like this because of his ex-girlfriend."
"I have decided to find out about this."
"But, how will you find out Noor?"
"I will try my best!"
"That's the Noor I know."
After hearing that I start laughing. "Haha, I really love my girlie!"
