10 - MEETING HIS PARENTS

Noor
Today Mr.Aggarwal wants me to meet his parents.
I am too nervous to meet them.
What will they think of a secretary dating her boss? A million thoughts start racing in my mind.
I get a text from Mr.Aggarwal saying — "We are going at 12:30 PM, so be ready till that time.
I start getting ready.

Sahil
I go to Noor's house to pick her up.
"I am very nervous Mr.Aggarwal." "I mean what will they think of our relationship."
I take her hand in mine and say - "it's okay Noor, they are very open-minded people." "Don't be nervous, I know that they will love you."
We reach at my parent's house.
"Welcome kids," says my dad when we enter the house.
"Hello uncle, aunty," says Noor.
"Hello beta!" says my parents.

Noor
We finish having our lunch and we sit in the living room.
Mr.Aggarwal's mom is showing me his childhood photos.
He was so cute in his childhood and he still is.
"Thank you for coming into Sahil's life, Noor," says his mom.
"I have not seen him smiling like this since a long time."
"Thank you for having such a wonderful son." "He is very kind."
It was now time to go home.
"Thank you for having me over for lunch today, uncle and aunty."
