I open up the door for everyone and walk inside. I say good afternoon to Maya's mom and we sit in one of the corners with a bean bag.

"Lucas, how was your trip?" I say, and Smackle holds my hand. I squeeze her hand and look towards Lucas.

"Well, I caught up with some old friends and made new ones. That was a 2 week trip so I did a lot of horse rid-"

"Who was the blonde girl?"

"Thats Mary! Wait, how do you know about her.." I see that he makes his hand into a fist and Maya puts her hand over it.

"Well my Riley is stressing out over this! Honestly your her boyfriend but it doesnt seem like your caring so much about her? Ever since this triangle has broke you and Riley have been fighting nonstop!" I stand up and walk towards Lucas as I say that.

Zay starts to raise his hand but Smackle puts it down. I wink at Smackle real quick and start to continue. "Our Riley, shouldn't be treated like this! Im pretty sure that everyone is sick and tired of you guys fighting like 4 times a week. Either on the phone or in the hallways. And if I will be honest, you two aren't soulmates!" I cross my arms as I finished. I look at Lucas's red burning face and I instantly sit behind Smackle.

He walks up towards me, he puts a finger on my chest. "Minkus, you don't tell me what to do." While he said each word he poked me. And I stood up, he may be my best friend but he won't hurt Riley.

"Then stop fighting with Riley!" Maya goes inbetween us. She pushes us away from each other.

"Is this why you called a meeting? To fight. Because if so, leave the Riley committee, she wouldn't want us doing this." I nod my head and back off.

"Yeah I wouldn't..." I look over to where that familiar voice was from. Riley. I turn around, uh oh...

||RILEY MATTHEWS||

I was really hungry, I didnt eat yesterday so I guess ill eat before Farkle goes to Topangas. I quickly stop by my apartment knowing that no one is here and I start to freshen up. I put my hair in a braid and it wasn't to cold so I took of my sweater and replaced it with a rhinestoned shirt.

I frown at the mirror, I dont like my appearance. I take off the braid and leave my hair down. I hope Farkle will be okay with how I look. Im probably the worst looking in the friend group.

I grab my backpck and put on my classic Riley smile and I start running to Topanga's.

I think that I was walking in a red light, thats why all the cars were coming at me. But its okay, I am alive! I open up the door and I hear Farkle's speech.

I didn't like the part where Lucas was poking my Farkle! I wanted to step in but Maya did before I could. I was shocked, why is Farkle so worked up. I couldve told Lucas myself.

"Yeah I wouldn't.." I look at the 3 teenagers who are in the cafe. I walk towards them and hold my back pack tightly.

"Please don't fight.. And why are you all here without me?" Farkle walks over to the couch and sits down. I follow him and sit under his legs. I was on the cold hardwood floor and his legs wrapped around my shoulders.

"Uhm... We made a group called the Riley Committee..!" Maya said as she through up jazz hands when she said Riley Committee. I smiled for a quick second.

"What is it about?" I felt Farkle get tense so I held his legs. Everyone started to look away from me and I got confused.

Lucas whispers something to Maya.

"Lucas, should we tell her about the Riley Committee?" I slightly blush from how close we are.

"Isn't this a time to keep stuff from Riley?"His hot breath is on my neck and I push him away. I CANT like my best-friend's boyfriend.

"This is just a quick group meeting! Uh we forgot to invite you?" She looks at me skeptically and nods. I sigh in relief, im pretty sure she believes me.

"Can I ask a quick question?" Everyone nods at Riley.

"Lucas, who was that girl on your instagram story?" I noticed that he clenched his jaw and I grab his hand and hold it.

"Mary.." he whispers a little angry.

"Who?"Farkle says, im pretty sure he is toying with him. I like seeing huckleberry mad.

"I said Mary!" Lucas said louder snd I notice Riley flinch. I would comfort her but Farkle is there for her. They look good together but come on its Farkle!

"Who is Mary..?" Riley holds Farkle's hand and I look at Smackle. She wasn't even paying attention, she was playing tic tac toe with Zay? Whatever..

I look at Lucas, I am pissed off at him. All the things he says and does makes him look like he was cheating. I mean a new girl/friend and in Texas. He could easily ditch her and we wouldn't "know" about it.

"Fine, ill admit it. I may have kissed her once or twice but it meant nothing!" I look towards Riley and I instantly sit next to her. I am getting away from Lucas, what a sicko, messing  with our dear Riley's feelings.

"You did what?!" I look above to see Farkle's face gradually getting red. Smackle puts her hand on his fists and I start to get mad to.

"It meant nothing! Let me explain. I felt nothing when I kissed her. When I kiss May- Riley, I feel fireworks and happiness. Plus, I probably won't see her again. Shes going back to Australia." I watch Riley stand up and walk over to him. Next second I hear a slap noise. Riley slapped Lucas, I mean I was about to but im glad she did.

She kisses the cheek she slapped and I was instantly dumbfounded. Why did she kiss him? "Lucas, I love you but I have noticed we aren't as compatible as 7th grade. We must take a break..." My face fell and I felt bad for Riley. I notice that tears were dropping to the floor. And I went over to hug her.

"Peaches, take me home" I nod
