i took a deep breath and wiped the sweat off the palms of my hands.
'this had to be the show that can change my life.' i said to myself.
i looked up suddenly to see the tech crew member. i stood firmly in the middle behind the big drape. i watched as he mouthed "one. two. three." i nodded as the music started to play.
i sang my little pop star heart out. there's no doubt i won't get signed by someone tonight
it has been my dream to become a celebrity. it didn't matter what i did since i was good at most things. i could sing. i could act. i could dance. i can do anything i set my mind to.
this night. was the night. agents were looking at me. my family, we're looking at me.
i can't mess this up.
as i danced to the music, i smiled to myself. maybe this will be it. finally.
