James and Regulus have been dating for 7 months. Everyone knows except Sirius 'Drama Queen' Black. Regulus and James are planning on telling Sirius sometime in the future. When to be specific, they did not know. But that brings them to their current predicament. Sirius found out.Back a couple of seconds ago James and Regulus are in the Marauders dorm with everyone; Sirius, Remus, Peter, Marlene, Lily, Dorcas, Mary, Evan, Barty and Pandora. They are all laughing and chatting. But Barty had the bright idea to push Regulus into James because and I quote, "I'm tired of their side glances.
"This wouldn't be so bad and could have been seen as an accident if James and Regulus said nothing. But of course that did not happen and what you get is a recipe for disaster and it started with two simple words and one action.Disaster Barty pushed Regulus into James. Regulus ended up falling on top of James with their faces a few centimetres apart."Hi handsome," James said, kissing the tip of Regulus' nose. Regulus sits up and Sirius's shocked face catches his eye."What was that?" Sirius questioned. Pointing a finger to Regulus and James. The room went silent with everyone else shuffling to the side to watch this beautiful moment."What do you mean?" Regulus asked."What do I mean?
I mean the lovey dovey glances that you both do. And that just then with the whole. 'Hi HaNdSOme' bullshit. And then the kiss. The fucking kiss! James, he's my baby brother! Regulus, he's my best friend!" Sirius exaggerated."Oh yeah. Me and James are dating. You didn't know?" Regulus said nonchalantly, going red in the face."Regulus I love you but what the fuck?! Same goes with you James!" Sirius said flabbergasted."I'm speechless," Sirius said. Although Sirius said he was speechless he spoke for another 35 minutes.Money, Money, Money (ABBA) "So the bet's still on, right?" Peter asked."Of fucking course.
By the way, who's timing?" Dorcas said."I'm timing," Lily replied. Everyone that isn't Sirius, Regulus or James made a bet. The bet was called; How long will Sirius tell off Jegulus."...I am happy for both of you but bloody hell you should have told me earlier," Sirius said, finally finished with all his rambling."And, TIME!" Lily yelled, looking up from her watch."Okay, that was 35 minutes if you want to be exact 35 minutes and 18 seconds," she said."OH FUCK YEAH!" Barty yelled. Pumping his fist in the air."No you did not," Evan said in disbelief."Hold on, I have the times written down, Mary could you grab it out of the top drawer, please," Peter said. Mary grabbed the paper, handing it over to Peter."Oh Barty wins," Peter confirmed."I expect all the money by the end of tomorrow," Barty said."What?" James said. Looking at everyone confused."Babes, we made a bet on how long Sirius will go on about you and Regulus and whoever has the closest time gets the money we bet," Dorcas explained. They made oh faces and questioned what time everyone had and how Barty of all people won.Overall a fun experience that made the family grow closer.
