Personality: Jimmy is a rather confrontational fellow who can also be rebellious, impatient, reckless at times and will joke in the face of his enemies despite the danger he may be in. He shows little concern for those whom he considers to be no more than a simple eyesore or a waste of time to be concerned over in the first place. And due to his mercenary/outlaw mindset combined with his rather rough upbringing, Jimmy could care less about morals or right and wrong. So long as he gets his paycheck, the world can go straight to hell for all he cares. This has often caused many people to see him as no more than an uncaring brute but at the same time those are the exact people who tend up with something broken by Jimmy or worse. And his witty demeanor tends to make things even worse than they already are.

Occupation: Works as a part of Umbrella's Security Services during the events of resident evil 2. Following the destruction of Raccoon City and bankruptcy of Umbrella, he goes back to being a freelance mercenary as he often accepts any job that pays enough.
