Sup, just a quick addition, I've decided that I will give the Mc a complete control over lightning as well because it's my favorite element. Also the mc being dumb at his first life.. ignore it, cause him being dumb then suddenly smart at his second doesn't make any sense to me...it won't affect in the story so rest assured

Soren: tch....that damn mob

He gritted his teeth and balls his fist when he remembers what he watch yesterday. Countless memories invaded his mind as he remembers their constant sparring, insults throwing at each other's and especially the times where they will "hunt in the night" . Minoru is a person he considered as brother because as a shy person he enjoys the personality of Minoru, besides that guy is the only one who can keep up with him

Soren look up at the dark sky, as he remembers his first meeting with the person he considered rival and friends

Soren: it was that time when I was 9, my family is poor and my alcoholic old man  isn't helping in the slightest. Feeling overwhelmed by the situation I decided to stay in the park, it was quite relaxing, hearing the song of birds, wave of leaves and kid's as the same age of mine playing without care in the world is so whatever but suddenly some highschool kids confronted me, bullying the weak, peaking a fight and creating problems. Those bullies threatened me too beat me up if I don't give them a money..... honestly how pitiful can they be to threaten a child of all people. My mother is a teacher with enough income to bring food to our table 2 times a day, 3 times if my father didn't use the money for his addiction, so my mother feeling afraid of my safety decided to enroll me in a martial art school, of course it greatly affect our Budget everyday, but my father is becoming more violent as days past by so mother insisted for me too join. I'm a person who hates unnecessary violence but my mood is bad during that time and the bullies wouldn't leave me alone, so I ready myself to beat the crap out of them when suddenly a kid with a panty on his head shouts, he declares himself as "shadow".....Things escalated quickly and one thing happened to another and I realized I was standing at the bodies of those  bullies with blood in my hand, I looked at my side to see the kid the same age as mine in a condition like me, he introduced himself and our friendship began

Soren: *sight*

he look at his front,  and there a grave with a name of "Mio Takashi" written

Soren: hello Mom...it's been a while

(Flashback)

Kid Soren: M-mom..MOM!!!

he crouch down and hold his mother in his arm, shaking her violently. Mio was covered in blood as Soren look up at the face of his shock father holding a broken bottle of alcohol

Kid Soren: y-you..WHAT DID YOU DO!!!!!!

(Flashback end)

Soren: ever since then I've worked my ass off, breaking my limits after limits making myself stronger and stronger, I study and Master all the martial arts,  fighting techniques, honing my bodies as a human can possibly can. All of that just to not to experience that again, being helpless as I watch you someone important to me die at my hand, and to pour my guilt and sadness into something productive *smile* but don't worry Mom, I'm not abandoning my education..in fact!!

Soren: look I got a perfect score!! Though if Minoru just stops being chuunibyou and shows his skill it will be great.....ah.. right,Minoru..heh..that idiot, he's too thirsty for power that he made a gamble against death...like come on, all that hard work only to be hit by truck, I bet he jump in front of it mistaken it as a magical or something....what a pathetic way to die knowing his caliber
