Opa passed, and it wasn't like we weren't expecting it, but i'm unsure as to how Oma will carry on without him.
they've been inseparable since grade school, and got married straight out of highschool, meaning she literally hasn't gone a day without him in almost 70 years.
i'm heading to Cochem for a week, to help plan his funeral and be there for Klaus and his boy. which is just a reminder how much this family revolves around Opa in the first place, as he would watch Tommi on days that Klaus would have to work, im not even sure if Tommias will realize what's happened.• toronto airport at 4am

•board flight at 5am
•land at 7pm (cochem time)
• baggage claim
• Klaus and Oma at pick-up (don't let Oma drive back, her vision gets blurry the darker it gets)
