Toga's pov

Ocha-chan: what's got you so happy

Toga: hehe, well, I'm here with Ocha-chan

Ocha-chan: *blush* ehh, why me

Toga: because I love Ocha-chan

Ocha-chan: you lo- WHAT!? *Intense blush*

Toga: (hehe, Ocha-chan is so~ cute)

Ocha-chan: I- wa- HUH

Toga: are you ok Ocha-chan?

Ochaco stares at toga blankly for a moment trying to understand what's going on before dismissing the attempt as the waitress comes back with their food, they eat their food, start a new conversation ignoring what had just happened, and escape the establishment and continue said conversation

Toga: what's so cool about thirteen (just a wash machine? WAIT, I think thats a different hero)

Ocha-chan: what's so cool? she's got such a destructive quirk yet still uses it to save lies her quirk can kill so easily yet she found a way to use to become a rescue hero, what's cooler than that

Toga: mhm, ok sure

Ocha-chan: You don't even care

Toga: mhm- wait nonono I care, I definitely care

Ocha-chan:... Sure, I guess this is where we part ways then

Toga: EH (the audacity) but we just met back up, surely you can spare more of your precious time with me

Ocha-chan: *contemplating life* ...I guess my book report can wait-

Toga: YES, Thank you Ocha-chan you won't regret it

Ocha-chan: your lucky your so adorable

Toga: hm

Ocha-chan: hm

Toga: (aw~ your adorable too ocha-chan, I'll let you believe you went unheard though because I'm so nice) what now

Ocha-chan: let's see, I guess

And so begins the next phase as they begin to walk randomly in a random direction and converse, the cafe shrinking in the distance...

Ocha-chan: what made you decide to be a villain...

Toga: (me a villain? Oh right that's what I am now, because of stupid mom and stupid dad stupid brother stupid crush stupid family stupid quirk stupid blood stupid people stupid world stupid stupid STUPID MOTHERFUCKING- )

And so the two of them walked in silence a while longer ochaco further wondered of togas random confession that happened moments ago, she momentarily forgot due to the awkward situation but the awkward silence forced her back into her thoughts toga on the other hand is pondering-
