This alarm! If my heart desires, I would break it and keep it aside. It ruins my sleep every day early in the morning. I try to take another 5 minutes nap. Just as I was about to fall asleep again, realization hit me. I took a glance at my phone to check the time, and it was 8 am.
Oh, no! I'll be late for the office again. I quickly got up. I don't have time to clean the house, so I directly pulled out clothes from the wardrobe and headed to the bathroom. I took a quick warm bath as it's slightly cold in Gurgaon. (Yes, i live in gurgaon, alone bcoz of my job)

Then i quickly got ready. I decided to wear a green anarkali suit, pairing it with some matching jewellery as there is a diwali party in our office today. I sat in front of my dressing table to put on some makeup.
After getting ready i packed my bag and took a glance at the wall clock, which shows 8:30 am & i have to reach the office by 9. I have no time for breakfast
So, I thought I would grab coffee and a sandwich from a cafe on the way. And then, I left the home.
In no mean time, I reached the office with my breakfast, which i had brought on the way. As it was choti diwali today so, i greeted everyone with diwali wishes.
Then i went towards my desk & start doing my work while sipping the coffee and taking bites of the paneer tikka sandwich that i had brought.
I was so engrossed in my work that i didn't even realised it was lunch time until Sana one of my colleague and also my one & only good friend came to me and ask me to join everyone for lunch.
I told her to go and start her lunch with other team members while i just started clearing my desk. Tbh i love to do work as it will help me to forget about every hurtful thing that ever happened to me. While being busy in my thoughts i made my way towards the cafeteria.
Suddenly my phone started ringing and when i saw the caller name my heart started beating faster. We don't have a love dovey sister relationship like other people. My family don't care about me, all they care about was the money i earn.
I picked up the call.
Hello!! Hii! Are you coming home tomorrow??
No! I don't think, i will be able to make it. But I'll send the money, to papa tomorrow. Don't worry.
Even if you don't want, u still have, to send the money. But this time it is not about money. Papa founds a perfect groom for you, they want you to get married. And they want you to meet him. Rest you know if you, won't come then what will happen...
