Sunoo gracefully moves between tables, his apron adorned with a splash of pastel colours that echo the cafe's soothing ambience. Sunlight filters through sheer curtains, casting a gentle glow on the vintage-inspired furniture and eclectic artwork that adorns the walls. The aroma of freshly ground coffee beans mingles with the sweet notes of pastries cooling on the counter.
Sunoo charismatic server with a notepad in hand, deftly navigates between tables. Customers eagerly place orders, their voices blending with the clinking of dishes and the hum of conversation. Sunoo, with a bright smile, expertly jots down each order, making everyone feel heard and valued. The atmosphere is lively, and Sunoo's efficiency adds to the energetic rhythm of the bustling establishment.
He was now living a perfect life, residing in a small apartment, and earning modestly as a waiter. Despite the change, he finds joy in his newfound friendship with Jungwon, a fellow worker at the same shop, contributing to his overall happiness.
------
During a brief respite, Sunoo and Jungwon leaned against the cafe counter, exchanging casual observations about the eclectic mix of people strolling by. Sunoo, with a playful grin, pointed out a couple engrossed in a heated discussion over a shared slice of cake.
Jungwon chuckled, glancing at a group of friends enthusiastically snapping photos of their coffee cups. "Looks like they found the perfect Instagram moment," he remarked, a twinkle in his eye.
Sunoo nodded, spotting a regular customer reading a well-worn book in the corner. "That bookworm is here again. Wonder what captivating world they've delved into this time."
As they bantered, the duo found joy in the snippets of stories surrounding the customers they served. It was a moment of lightheartedness amidst the hustle, connecting over the shared experience of witnessing the diverse narratives that unfolded within the cosy confines of the cafe.
------
As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm glow across the quaint cafe, Sunoo and Jungwon tirelessly moved between tables. Trays in hand, they skillfully balanced plates of delectable treats and steaming cups of espresso, their teamwork seamless.
The soft murmur of satisfied customers filled the air as Sunoo flashed a genuine smile, placing a dessert in front of a delighted couple. Meanwhile, Jungwon expertly poured a fresh cup of coffee for a busy writer absorbed in their laptop.
The duo's camaraderie was evident, exchanging glances and subtle nods as they navigated the bustling cafe with practised efficiency.
As the evening progressed, the duo's exhaustion began to show, but their dedication remained unwavering. In the quiet moments between serving, they found solace in each other's company, sharing a fleeting exchange of encouragement, fueling their determination to provide exceptional service until the last customer departed.

"Ha! At last! We can go back!" jungwon said and leaned outside the door of the cafe where sunoo was waiting for him.
"I'm so exhausted" sunoo replied and they both started walking.
"Then... Let's go for a drink!" jungwon suggested.
"Nah! I'm feeling drowsy! I wanna go home"
"Ok then, goodbye Hyung" Jungwon waved at sunoo and ran off in a hurry.
The night air was crisp as Sunoo walked alone down the quiet street, the soft glow of streetlights casting shadows on the pavement. As he approached the familiar bus stop, he heard the faint sound of a child crying. Intrigued, he followed the sound and discovered a small boy, no older than 6 or 7, sitting on the cold ground, tears streaming down his face.
Concern etched on his face, Sunoo crouched down beside the boy. "Hey there, are you okay?" he asked gently.
The boy sniffled and looked up, his eyes red and puffy. "I-I lost my daddy," he whimpered.
"What's your name?" Sunoo asked, trying to soothe the distressed child.
"I'm Park Yoon," the boy replied, rubbing his eyes.
Sunoo sighed and decided to help. "Don't worry, Yoon. Let's go to the police station, and they'll help us find your dad, okay?"
With Yoon's small hand in his, Sunoo led the way to the nearby police station.
------
The officers were kind and quickly got involved, taking down details about Yoon and trying to locate his father.
"Don't cry we will find your father!" The officer spoke as he closed his notebook.
Yoon nodded.
"Thank you for bringing him here, I will report you when we find his dad." the officer said and separated Yoon's hands from Sunoo's. "You can rest now... I will take care of it".
The station offered Yoon a temporary place to stay, but the boy clung to Sunoo, with his tiny fingers gripping Sunoo's jacket and started to cry, "I do not want to stay here... Please take me with you~"
And sunoo couldn't ignore his facial expression.
"He doesn't want to stay here," Sunoo explained to the officer. "Is there any way I can take him home with me until we find his dad?"
The officer nodded, understanding the situation.
"Yeah sure, I will try to call you as soon as possible"
Sunoo and Yoon left the police station together. On the way home, Yoon, still sniffling, looked up at Sunoo with big, hopeful eyes.
"Can I stay with you?" he asked, his voice barely above a whisper.
Sunoo smiled warmly. "Of course, Yoon. I'll take care of you until we find your dad."
And so, under the moonlit sky, Sunoo walked with Yoon to his home, their paths intertwined by the twist of fate that had brought them together on that quiet night.
