Chapter 1: new school new problems

Aspens pov:

I wake up in my new apartment in Spain I still can't believe that. Clarisse made me move here. The College gives us apartments so that is nice. I got out of bed and put some black converses on and a black shirt with jeans.

I hated wearing uniforms. I go make breakfast and grab my book bag and head to my car. My car was my dad's, which I love so much it's practically my baby. The apartments were about 10 minutes away from the school so it's not that bad.  My car was a 1969 yenko Camaro syc 140mph. featuring an L72 /425hp engine, special ducted hood, dual exhaust system, and exclusive suspension.

Yeah, I know that's a lot, but I like cars.

I finally arrived at the school and the engine purrs like beauty. I park my car and get out. Everyone looks at me, I smile and grab my bag and start walking to class.

I was walking when I heard a car honk and almost hit me. I look I see for boys the on driving have black hair and I say, "watch where the hell youre going dumbass!

He smirks, and I walk away and head to class.

He parked beside my car.

I go to the office and get my schedule, that's when a blonde girl comes up to me and says, "hi I'm Rosita."

I smile and say, "Hi, I'm Aspen."

She smiles and says, "I love that name."

I smile at her, and she says, "what's your first class?"

I smile and say, "I have English literature."

She smiles and says, " follow me."

We both walk in class and the teacher says, "you're late."

Rosita says, "I was helping the new student Mr. Ross."

He sighs and says, "just take a seat."

I sat beside Rosita, and I noticed the idiot boys from earlier who almost ran me over.

Rosita says, "the blonde one is my brother the rest of them are my cousins."

I say, "great..." Rosita laughs and says, "there not that bad."

I smile and the boy with black hair looks at me I sigh and put my Air Pods in and get on my phone looking for a mechanic shop near the school.

The bell rings and I head to my next class. I had gym class amazing. Rosita walks up to me and grabs my arm. I say, "what's up?" She says, "you're coming to meet my cousins."

I sigh she drags me to the parking lot where the group of boys were smoking and making out with girls. I noticed one of them on my car.

I look at the younger looking boy making out with the girl and say, "get your ass of my car." They stop kissing and smoking, they all look at me. Rosita says, "everyone this is Aspen Garcia."

The one who almost ran me over looks shocked but then hides it.

Rosita says, "the one who almost ran you over is Lorenzo, but we call him Enzo, he's the youngest the blonde one is Roman he's the oldest. Asher is the middle child Damon over there is my brother.

I smile and that's when Asher says, "isn't your dad Deluca one of the fastest racers alive?" I smile and say, "yeah he was."

Asher says, "oh shit I'm sorry."

I smile and say, "It's okay."

Rosita says, "wait do you race?" I look at my car and say, "what do you think?" I walk over and pop the hood. I see Rosita smile, Enzo says, "did you make all these modifications yourself?" I smile and say, "yeah." I smile and say, "I haven't raced in a while Tho."
