The last bridge

School

I got home really exhausted replaying what happened my mum was not yet back from the shop and had already prepared my food for me . I ate my food and did my assignment. I forgot to charge my phone so I just plugged it . Soon I opened Instagram and saw a follow request from Aisha, Chioma, Stella and was surprised they found my Instagram account . I barely had up to 500 followers and I followed them back . I clicked on their profiles they all were about 7000 followers the highest was Stella she had 17000 followers . Woah they were all influencers oh well what did I expect they had all the asset to show off for people to follow them . Aisha messaged me to send my WhatsApp number. I did and she shared it to them and I saved all their contacts. They added me to the schools group and we had our own group too .
We chatted for a while then on the group they started talking I noticed Alex didn't say anything on the class group nor did Catherine
My mum came home and asked me how school was my sister was already asleep I told her about it and also mentioned the tutoring and she agreed I was very tired I didn't have dinner so I went to bed.

I woke up the next day for school dressed I took my food on the table and wished both my mum and sister byee . I took a bike from my house to school and I entered the school gate I saw Chioma and Aisha and they smiled greeting me
How are you doing ? They both asked I answered and we enter the class the assembly alarm was rung and students filled the hall we did our morning prayers and we went for general class .
Hii students this term we are going for excursion throughout because this is the first phase of the bridge. All this adventures and memories would be remembered . All this is to prepare us for our future ahead.
Whoaaaaaaaa! The class shouted happily. I left for the toilet and I saw Catherine applying her lipgloss I greeted her hi but she didn't answer. I used the toilet and came outside still meeting her there I ignored her. "Don't you dare come close to Alex you wretched girl , I see the way you stare at him sorry to bust your bubbles you are not his type okay " she hissed and left. I stood there awestruck never in my life has someone said that to me . I didn't know what to feel at that moment and walked to class. Both my friends quickly noticed what happened and asked about I told them I was fine . We closed from school after they shared a form for our parent to sign stating that the student was their whole responsibility for all the excursion. I was so happy I moved towards the headmistress office I knocked and I heard a come in. I walked into the office and o was shocked
