The letter

Mystery boy

"Well you better because this place wasn't cheap" Jimmy replies with a slight chuckle. "Let's go inside huh?"

"Yeah, sure"

The first thing I see when I walk into my apartment is aunt Susanna and Mylo. "Oh my god, what are you doing here.

"We wanted to surprise you" Susanna says with the biggest smile. "But also I came to decorate your house"

I look  past Susanna and see the most beautiful front room ever. "A black leather couch!" I shout "Omg thank you soooo much" I say jumping for joy.

Susanna let's put a small giggle befor say " it's really not a big deal."

"Not a big deal..you came all this way to decorate my whole apartment for me" I say holding back tears of joy.

"I know I just wanted you to be comfortable that's all.." she says

"Yeah, class start in two days; we just want you to have everything you need" jimmy adds.

"I'm going to pay you guys back one day, y'all have worked so hard to give me everything I've ever wanted and needed."

"Lu it's that not necessary we just want you to live life freely and comfortably. Susanna said.

"As long as you make us proud, that's the best pay back and all we could ever ask for." Jimmy added.

After a while Susanna and Jimmy left and it was just me. I looked around the apartment it was truly everything I wanted and more. The color theme was just like the one in my old bedroom. Everything was either white, black, or light gray.

After a while I headed back to the front room, I decided that it was time to open the letter Jimmy gave me in the car. I was slightly nervous to see what it said but it was time to face reality. I opened the letter and began to read.

           Letter 2: Luna if you're reading this that means you've received our first letter. I know we didn't go into much detail about things but we will now. It all started a few years before you were born. You farther and I were recruited by the head of state to essentially protect the country from anything that would cause the government any danger. Meaning we would be spy's , but after some years me and your father wanted out to start a family of our own. Which would be practically impossible. After years of convincing we made an agreement with the government that we would be able to leave but only for a limited time. Which is when right before your 5th birthday we had to leave. Sorry I have to cut this letter short. I'm needed right now but please expect more letters. Just know that we love you Luna and maybe one day you could join us. Love, Mom & Dad <3

After reading the letter my mind was left scrambled, The letter said so much yet so little. I still can't  help but to feel so hurt, I just wish someone would have told me earlier.

I just need to get this off my mind. I push myself up off the couch, wipe the tears from my eyes and head for the door grabbing my keys on the way out. I don't know exactly where I'm going yet but I just need to get out of the house.

As I make my way downtown I run into this cute little coffee shop. As I make my way in my eyes I were immediately met with the most beautiful man I've ever seen. He had deep green eyes and wavy brown hair. As I get closer we lock eyes with each other. He gives me the warmest smile ever making my heart pound in my chest. As I finally make it to the counter her pulls me in  kissing me passionately. Our lips went together like puzzle pieces. He grabbed me by the waist pulling me up onto the counter, feeling up on my body. His hands make their way up my shirt, Our lips move faster and faster against each other.

"Next in line"

I shake my head realizing that this was all in my imagination.

"Hey are you okay" the mystery man asks me.

"Yeah, yeah I'm fine sorry Can I get a chi latte please."

"Yeah of course is that all?" He asks

"Yes"

I make my way to a table and scroll through instagram while I replay the events through my head over and over again.

"A latte for a pretty lady" they guy says as he takes a seat across from me. "Im Mateo by the way" he says as he sticks his arm out.

"Im Luna" I say as I reach out to shake his hand.

"I get off in thirty minutes if you want to hang out"

I shake my head, "I'd love to"

"It's a date" he replies, flashing me a quick smile which made my heart melt. Maybe getting these letters was a good thing.

Sorry it took so long for me to make another part I've been supper busy during school but I should be back posting at-least once a week. Also I still will be dropping my vampire story in December so stay tuned🩶
