I really should have mentioned this sooner, but May is in her fifties.
(y/n) walked out of the bathroom. He finished showering since he didn't want to look gross when he went to see Mei at the park. May walked out of her room and looked at (y/n).
Aunt May: Did you wash your hair?
(y/n:) Yes.
Aunt May: Do you have your wallet?
(y/n:) Yes.
Aunt May: You have your suit under your clothes in case of an emergency?
(y/n:) Yes
Aunt May: That's bad.
(y/n:) What? How is that bad?
Aunt May: When you go out with someone, you want to make sure they have your attention. You can't just ditch them because of your fake job!
(y/n:) Oh, I guess you're right! But, what happens if a Villain attacks you? Or if something's going on nearby? I can't just sit by and watch it!
Aunt May: Police and Pros will handle it. Just don't try to get involved. Now, go! You don't want to be late!
(y/n:) Yup!
He immediately sprints out the door, ready to go to the restaurant that him and Mei were meeting at.
(y/n:) Maybe I could swing there? It'd be faster!
He stops running and looks around for anywhere private so he could put his mask on, but found nowhere to change.
(y/n:) Dammit! I have to keep running!
He ran and checked his watch. 2 minutes late.
(y/n:) That's not that bad, right? She won't be mad or anything, right? It's just two small minutes, not that noticeable, right?
He stopped running when his phone buzzes and receives a notification. He checks it. It says: "ROBBERY IN PROCESS. DO NOT APPROACH 'AKIRAS CONVENIENCE STORE' UNTIL AUTHORITIES HAVE HANDLED THE SITUATION."
(y/n:) Oh no. I have to go deal with this. But what about meeting Hatsume? I can't just stop a crime and go back! What if I get hurt and she notices? How much time is this gonna take? I'm already two minutes late! Should I just-
He stops contemplating if he should go or not when a loud gunshot is heard in the distance.
(y/n:) That settles it, I'm going!
He immediately started running towards the sound of the gunshot. He made sure that no people were looking as he put on his mask. Nothing else, just his mask.
(y/n:) I don't think I've tested my Spider-Sense against bullets. This should definitely be interesting!
(y/n) leaped up and forwards to start swinging. He swung as fast and as efficiently as possible to get there faster
He kept running until he got to the convenience store. Seven minutes late.
The armed robbers had rifles and people were on the ground. Police surrounded the building and one of them had a megaphone, trying to make negotiations with the robbers. (y/n) was about to run in, when a cop grabbed his shoulder.
Cop: Spider-Man, you shouldn't be here! Wait, where did your suit go?
(y/n:) I know, I just don't want to follow the rules! And don't worry about the suit. I just...didn't want to put it on?
