I woke up with Alex's head buried into my chest. Her slow, soft breaths were tracing my collarbones.
I looked down at her and saw alot of bruises scattered along her arms and face. I don't understand Why she didn't tell me. Why she never reached out for help.
She'll be fine now. I'll make sure of it.
I looked around my room and the sun was shining through, giving my room an orangey glow.
I sat up and walked over to my closet. I decided to wear a baggy Grey shirt that had some band on it and a pair of baggy light blue and white basketball shorts.
I brushed my hair and decided to wear it down for once, when I came into my room Alex was sitting up with a scrunched up face and her arms wrapped around her ribs.
Poor girl.
I guess I got lucky, I can barely feel any pain. A lot more must've happened to her yesterday than I thought.
"Hey you alright?" I asked, putting one of my arms around her.
"Is it cause of yesterday?" I asked and to which she nodded.
"I'll get you some pain killers ok?" I asked and she just nodded again.
When I walked back into the room she was laying on her side and hugging one of my pillows tightly. She looked beautiful.
"Hey, here's some water and take these. They should take away the pain even if it's just for a couple hours" My voice was soft.
I watched as she washed down the pills with the glass of water. Everything she did was weirdly attractive.
I sat next to her and crossed my legs tightly. "Do you just wanna have a lazy day? We can watch movies and stuff ours faces till we're sick" I joked to which I was rewarded by her giggle.
She giggled. I'm sure I'm so read that a car would stop in its tracks if it saw me on the road.
"So I'm taking that as a yes?" I questioned. She held out both her arms and gave me a thumbs out, along with the cutest grin ever.
Chuckling I stood up and signaled her to stand up to. She did and winced at the sane time.
"You can sit on the chair over there while I get this ready" she looked at me questionably but sat down anyway.
I then swept the mattress off my bed and onto the floor. I moved the frame to the other side of the room so it wouldn't be in the way.
"Wait there" I pointed at Alex and she was still looking at me like I was crazy. I came back into the room with a Gazilian pillows and blankets. Not to mention the amount of stuffed animals i had.
I then started setting up a pillow fort. I use my fairy lights and everything
I got the bed all set up and moved the TV so we could see it better and not to brag but it was pretty awesome.
It had taken about 30 minutes and I was really happy with the outcome.
I poked my head out the blankets and shot Alex an evil grin to which she laughed. "Are you ready for total awesomeness?" I asked.
