Chapter 19
Harry smiled as he wrapped his arms around Lucius from behind, pressing their cheeks together as he looked down at their sons in his love's arms. He pressed a kiss to Lucius' cheek, stroking his hand over Killian's head.

"How was today?" Harry asked softly.

"Tiring, but it went well. I have spoken to the governors, it seems that our being together has earned me a forgiveness, though I am not sure that I have truly earned that forgiveness," Lucius sighed.

"Lucius,"

"I am sorry, heavy thoughts,"

"Not heavy thoughts, doubts," Harry shook his head before brushing his lips over Lucius' cheek again. "You deserve us, you deserve happiness, and we love you," Harry said firmly.

"I don't, not truly, but thank you for saying it anyway," Lucius smiled turning to capture Harry's lips. The dark haired man did not say anything when they parted but his look was mulish. "The governors are on our side, it is a matter of time before we get rid of him,"

"Indeed the nets are closing in around him. However you have forgotten the rule," Harry tutted.

"Huh?" Lucius looked so bewildered that Harry had to chuckle.

"No plotting over the boys!" Harry scolded making Lucius laugh as he remembered the rule Harry had laid over the Malfoys. One that they were sticking to as closely as they could, especially after Alexander had been sent from the room running with the force of Harry's stinging hexes when he had casually suggested a dark hex in front of the boys.

"Sorry!" Lucius grimaced.

"You're ok, just remember for next time," Harry laughed kissing Lucius' cheek. The blonde turned and pressed their lips together making Harry smile. "Come on, I cooked supper,"

He plucked Killian from Lucius' arms and moved towards the door. Lucius blinked as he stood and oved to follow Harry, his dark haired love turned and looked over his shoulder with a sweet, welcoming smile.

Once a week they had their supper in their room, spending time just the four of them together. They both loved having everyone, their family together, but at the same time they needed time to themselves as well. And time with the boys by themselves as well as it normally turned into a battle over who got to hold them when they were with the others.

"Mmm your cooking has to be the best thing I have ever smelt," Lucius sighed contently as he walked into the little dinning room he had had added onto their suit. The scents of Harry's cooking filled the room and made his stomach grumble.

"Creep, but I appreciate it," Harry laughed.

"I only ever tell you the truth," Lucius took Harry's mouth in a sweet kiss before he moved over to the table, breathing in the scents of Harry's home cooking.

Harry smiled and nodded at the worker that walked passed him, eyes fastened onto the pram in front of him. Rolling his eyes he tried to make himself more comfortable on the seat as he waited for the waitress to come back with the boys bottles.

His nerves were a little shot, and his hand was not far from his wand. He was fairly sure he was suffering from a mixture of parental worry at having the boys out and about for the first time, and the genuine worry of people out there that wanted revenge on Lucius and himself.

He had allowed Sirius to convince him to come out, but then of course his Godfather had decided that Remus should be here and had disappeared through the floo fifteen minutes ago to go and get him, leaving Harry sitting in the café. By himself.

He was just muttering to the boys that their grandpas had better not be late because they were getting up to naughty stuff, when what sounded like a banshee shriek went through the café making everyone look up confused and stunned. And what they all saw quickly had Harry casting the shielding charm that he had been practicing for weeks now. It was the strongest one he could cast to protect his babies. The bubble surrounded the pram and settled with a light golden glow just as Narcissa reached him.
