Audrey McRae was 23 years old. She started modelling at 14, and she's been in love with modelling since. Audrey has one sister, Amber, who's 21. As well as one brother, Liam, who's 20.
When asked to help her dad move into a different office at the Collingwood Football Club, Audrey of course has no option but to say... yes. Amber, her sister, was caught up with work, and of course Liam was favoured by their father, Craig McRae.
Besides, Craig found it a way for his daughter to finally see the Club properly. "Dad, do I really have to come?" I whined as I checked the time on my phone. "Yes. Now get up, you're going to make me late" He spoke through my closed door. I got changed and did some light makeup, put on my shoes, grabbed the things I needed then headed to the car.
... "My office is here, one of the other guys are taking it and I'm moving to a different one." Dad had his hands rested on his hips as he smiled at me. "Oh, shoot, Audrey could you please go and grab me a water bottle from downstairs." Dad asked me. Of course, I again had yet no option. "Sure." I responded as I walked off to wherever you get water from.
I was walking down the stairs and wondering around, until found a vending machine. I was going to put the number in for the water when I heard two guys talking. One of the guys went to the vending machine and just smacked the glass and a few water bottles fell out.
"Did you want one?" He held one out to Me. "Yes please, thank you" I grabbed the water bottle. "I've never seen you around — what do you do?" He asked. "Oh no I don't work here, Dad insisted I helped clean out his office because his moving offices or something" I explained. "Who's your dad? If you don't mind me asking" The boy next to him asked. "Nah all good, my dads Craig McRae" I replied.
"No way — your fly's daughter? I never knew he had a daughter." They both looked at each other in curiosity. "Well I'm Jack Crisp, and this is Brayden Maynard. It's nice to meet you...?" "Audrey" I continued. "Nice to meet you, Audrey" they both replied.
"Likewise, well I better get going, I'll see you guys around" I waved as I walked off.I made my way back upstairs to dads old office. "Thanks Audrey... but I just realised you're gonna have to do this alone. A lot of the boys are here early so I thought we'd start training earlier." Dad opened the water bottle and took a drink from it. "Right" I nodded. "I'll be back up here soon..." Dad says, but I knew that wasn't true. "I'll be fine... I think. Have fun." I picked up one of the boxes as he already had told me where his office was.
"Hey, thanks a lot, Auds." Dad patted my shoulder. "Dad! Quit calling me that." I cringed at the nickname he had picked up for me. I said my goodbyes. I placed the first box in the new office. One down, who knows how many more to go.
