I woke up and got a shower. I let the hot water fall onto me and welcomed the warmth with open arms. I used my strawberries and cream shampoo and conditioner and my floral summers eve body wash I rinsed off and got out only to feel nauseous. I hurriedly got to the toilet wrapping myself in a towel I emptied last night's dinner into the toilet and flushed it. I grabbed a spare rag and whipped my mouth with it. I brushed my teeth and got up heading to the room to get dressed. I went with sweat pants and a pull over hooded shirt. I slipped on my hey dudes and headed to the kitchen I grabbed me a banana and went to the couch and ate. I put on Rick and morty and got half way threw with my episode before I got up and went outside to smoke. Fun fact every house I own has a wrapp around porch and if it didn't come with one I had one made. I always loved those houses they gave you the best view because no matter where you stood you had a different view. I'm sure the cops done raided the other place in Chicago. Even if they did they wouldn't find anything I made sure the house had nothing to connect to me it doesn't help that no one knows my real name I've changed it so many times over the years even the twins don't know my real name in truth I'm a ghost a no body the name I chose this time belongs to a girl that missing a long time ago. My under ground name is the red queen so I decided to change to the name rose the boys assumed it was short for something but oh well soon I'll change my name again my next name will be jessabell renay Martin. She was an orphan with no family who turned 18 only to get taken a few weeks after being released from the orphanage only thing is it's been so long no one remembers her so if they here the name they will remember the name but not the face. Easy as that, in my opinion at least. That's why no one ever knew who I was and what my name was either. I walked inside and went to Alec's door. I knocked a few times before he answered, what's up boss? He asked getting sleep out of his eyes. I need you to change my name and vanish my name that you know to be rose. I said looking to him. Sure thing come, tell me what your new name is and who it belongs to. I told him everything he needed to know and he replaced it all with me he changed everything that had my old name on it from houses and land to credit cards and passports. Good job Alec, I'll take my leave than and thank you for finding me all those years ago. I said as I left his room. I went to my office and found Connor their organizing my office. Hey boss I thought you could use a hand I hope you don't mind but I made the room next to yours the nursery. He said looking at me. I don't mind the help, in fact I would have spent almost all day doing it by myself if I didn't have help but your almost done. I said with a chuckle. True but it never hurts to aske for help I have everything in alphabetical order so it's easier to find. He said with a small smile. I smiled back and started putting stuff up. A few hours later everything was done but I needed to make lunch. Thanks Connor, hey you wouldn't happen to want anything specific for lunch would you? I asked him. How about quesadillas. He said shrugging his shoulders. That's a great idea their super easy to make and not a lot of work. I headed to the kitchen and got to work I made enough for everyone to get 3rds of it. LUNCH! I hollered to the house. I put three on my plate and sat at the table. I started eating as everyone made their plates. I couldn't eat much but I was glad that I wasn't alone I had a big family and that was good enough for me. Trey came to my side and kissed my head. Hey love nick made you an appointment for the ultrasound with your personal doctor and she will be here in a few hours. He said to me causing a groan to leave me. Great just great. I Said forcing a smile. I headed to the second floor and went to my in home doctor's office. I sat on the table and waited. Soon I heard her high heels clattering on the hard wood floors and she came into the room. Alright let's skip the formalities since I'm your personal doctor let's look at your little one. She said and I lifted my shirt and let her put the cold gel on my stomach it's to early to get a gender your at least 6 weeks long possibly 5weeks but here's your ultrasound photos I'll see you again in three weeks. She said handing me the photos and went to leave I whipped off my stomach and went to my room. I felt tired like I haven't slept in ages. I curled up on the bed and fell asleep.
