"You guys can take it from here, call us if you got any problems sun" Jungwon reminded for the nth time before pulling Heeseung away and finally leaving the actor and Sunoo at the entrance of the mall.

The moment they stepped inside, all the attention shifted on them and that's when Sunoo realized that Sunghoon literally stands out in the crowd because of his height and well... His overall features despite having the mask on.

Without further warning, Sunoo pulled the actor inside the men's bathroom before slightly leaning his head to the side, finding the situation troublesome.

"I'll get you a hat, stay here" the actor could only nod his head in agreement while calmly leaning on the sink like a good child.

Sunoo sped walk on his way to the nearest boutique before grabbing a beige bucket hat and placing his black card on top of the counter, obviously in a hurry because he's slowly starting to get pissed off when he noticed that the sign outside was crooked.

"I'll be back to retrieve my card, scan my purchase and don't you dare lose it" he spat in annoyance with the sharpest glare. The employees grew confused for a moment before the manager arrives and started to politely bow, encouraging the others to follow suit.

"Bow! H-He's the owner of the mall!" The man whispered which immediately brought shivers down their spine.

"The sign outside is fucked, fix it" was Sunoo's last sentence before jogging back to the restroom where he found Sunghoon, browsing on his phone.

"Thanks, so where do we go?" Sunghoon initiated and started walking beside Sunoo who was aimlessly roaming the area after retrieving his card

Truth is, Sunoo didn't know where to go.

'I'm fucked right? Where do I go?!' he thought, pupils slightly dilating because he didn't want to admit it.

"Why are you entering there? That's for tuxedos right? I thought you need something casual?"

"Right-"

"Don't tell me you don't know which boutique will you purchase from?!"

"Right-WHAT? of course I do! " Sunoo absentmindedly bit his lip after slipping.

"Oh yeah? Then lead the way Mr. Kim" Sunghoon arrogantly retorted, challenging the latter who is so close to losing his wits.

Sunghoon cruelly watched the younger shift and twaddle on his toes as he searched for a decent boutique around the area.

'why can't he just admit that he doesn't know where to go?! But the again, I guess people who crushes on Jay are somehow stupid... there's nothing to like about that guy anyway'

The actor almost gasped in disbelief when he realized that he's almost gaslighting himself to believe that 'his best friend' is the worst kind of person out there because Sunoo's words from earlier somehow bothered him.

"Dada! Up!" Both of their attention diverted on the small figure that stopped right in front of Sunoo, his big doe eyes were looking up while both of his frail arms was raised, encouraging Sunoo to carry him.

Sunghoon's brow creased from the sudden appearance before searching for the kid's parent which was nowhere to be found. Sunoo on the other hand stared at the little kid with a frown.

"Well what are you doing? Pick him up so we can go to the security" Sunghoon said which caused Sunoo to glare at him.

"You do it"

"Huh? The kid literally wants you to pick him up"

"I don't care, you pick him up"

"You're really heartless" Sunoo remained quiet from the actor's comment and nonchalantly shook off the growing pain inside his chest.
